 Story:

Lam has a superstar girlfriend, Bibi. He always wanted to do something big to prove to Bibi's mother that he also can be success. By tricking Chao (a guy who sounds like Stephen Chow) to Hong Kong as his replacement comedian, Lam managed to get Piao to become his main sponsor on opening a movie which can let Bibi become the main actress in his movie. But thing does not came as what Lam thought and might even be worst...

This movie has been receiving a lot of negative feedback from the Hong Kong audience and Stephen Chow's fans. Nobody likes Wen Chao to portrait the super comedian Stephen Chow. To be honest, its not bad in the beginning, but as the movie goes on, it started to get irritated a bit and even started to be boring. Luckily Kingdom Yuen is in here, even though she's not doing the comedy part, but her acting is never doubt to be bad :) always love and support her~

 Story: 

Johnny Du Kei-Fung is a talented Hong Kong detective who dreams of becoming a member of the exclusive G4 Team that protects the city's Chief Executive. Johnny is deemed too short for the team and his application is denied. At home, Johnny is bullied by his girlfriend, Angel, for being weak and unsuccessful.

Johnny meets a man named Vincent, who offers him three wishes in exchange for his soul. His first wish is to be pursued by a beautiful woman, whom Vincent delivers in the form of "Juicy". Johnny soon discovers that Juicy is indiscriminately passionate, which makes him concerned about possible infidelity. In response, Johnny uses his second wish to turn Juicy into the innocent and unfailingly loyal QQ. He soon discovers, however, that QQ is unintelligent and is the daughter of triad figure Brother Drill, a coincidence that leads the police to believe he is a triad mole.

In order to change his superior's view of him, Johnny ventures into a drug lord's lair hoping to solve a case, but he is killed. Vincent uses Johnny's third wish to reincarnate him as a wealthy, arrogant businessman in order for Johnny to complete his quest, win back Angel, and protect the Chief Executive.

L² Comment:

Wong Zho Lam is getting more and more chance to appear in the big screen, which is a good thing, he might be the next Eric Tsang in future, if he really live that long. Will you ever make a deal with the devil to get what you want? A lot of people will do so... but issit worth it?

The storyline is quite interesting, but i'm not happy that Kimmy Tong did not show more of her beautiful body to us.

 Story:

Jack Lam, a self-employed stock trader who keeps his fortune amidst the 2008 financial tsunami, but loses his gold-digging girlfriend Lily. Now without a main squeeze, Jack meets the helpful and super-cute Angel, who advises him that he should learn to help others instead of just helping himself. The idea is that a revamped, selfless outlook on life will lead Jack to newfound success with love.

Jack agrees to become a good guy, whereupon his life does a 180 and he's showered with opportunities for love, Jack does get plenty of chances with the ladies, but everything seems to happen arbitrarily and not necessarily because he turns over a new leaf....

L² Comment: 

Basically this movie was filmed because of Wong Zho Lam popularity in the drama and as a host, therefore, pretty girls have to be there as his "gals"... but of coz, only those whom are not the TOP actresses acted in this movie. Overall the movie is just ok, predictable, not very funny though... a big surprise for me is to see Mui Siu Wai appeared in this movie :)

 Story:

Xiong came to Hong Kong and look for his friend San who then helped him to find a job. The honest Xiong met rich girl Yang and managed to win over her heart, but he always help others people and even helps his boss Yun to buy the coffee shop and sacrifice their migrate planning. 

San in another hand is getting worst and in the end wanna force Xiong to sell off his coffee shop to him. But an angel appeared and told Xiong that he was actually a good man and deserved a better life than suicide.

L² Comment: 

Same like the previous I Love HK, most of the actors & actresses are from TVB. Its happy to see that they have chances to go on big screen which not all the celebrities have the chance. Overall the storyline is ok, a bit predictable, but its still ok~ I watched this old cny movie because of the cny, or else, this wont be in my "to-watch-list"~

Delete My Love - Delete 愛人

Story:

So Boring has a terrible life, living with his mother and sister who is trying to get him to sell off the house and living in a family which is out of care. He also has a girlfriend Bou who has cancer and always worry that she will die in one day soon. So Boring has a boss Fatt who is always finding chances to cut his salary and ignore about his talent.

Just when he feel miserable about his life, he received a message saying that he can delete whoever he dislike in the world. First, he deleted his boss Fatt and get a good boss replaced. The new boss allowed them to have fun and don't need to work; So Boring then deleted his mother and sister and replaced a nice family out of them; Best friend Dee was also replaced by him and a nice guy appeared to be his new buddy.

When So Boring found out Bou has her cancer on final stage, he wanted to marry her. But then the mispresent message by the doctor cause So Boring to be annoyed with Bou and she was deleted too and replace with a girl that have big boobs. 

One fine day, So Boring found out the company is making big loss and the nice boss instructed him to fire his colleagues. He cried and swear that he rather not be a boss forever to have a good boss again then Fatt appeared. Fatt told him his previous experience about the same thing happened to him before. So Boring then was attacked by his family and new girlfriend while his new buddy mentioned that he is gay and fall in love with him. Both Boring and Fatt look for the old computer to find the solution. In the end, they realize sacrificing their life can change everything back in order and so they did.

All the things were back in normal and So Boring is happy with his life again.

L² Comment:

This movie doesn't really have a main focus, the story was everywhere and kinda messy. Don't really love the way Michael Hui acted right now, he looks kinda dumb with his old style of acting. Luckily Ivana is not that annoying in this movie compare to Sai Sai Lup which i wanna give her a big fat slap on her big fat face ~

Story:

3 unemployed guys are working hard to look for job. Dee has a son, his ex wife Mun has become the leader of gangster; Blue want to marry Fiona, but would have to earn HKD500m for Fiona's parents; Sau is the son of a rich guy who has fantasy with Samantha Ko.

Maggie is Fiona's father's ex girlfriend, she came back to Hong Kong from USA. Maggie brought over a team of wrestler to fight with the 3 guys. Three of them was tricked by Fiona's father to sign the contract, they learn the tactics of wrestling for the fight. In the end, they won the fight and all of them live happily ever after.

Though this is a TVB production, but it doesn't really as good as their drama. The storyline is still ok, predictable. Laughing point is not bad, but kinda familiar, which is not a good thing. One thing TVB like to do is, to let all their actors & actresses to involve in the film they produce. Lol, they really know how to promote...
