 Story: 

Shun is going for the senator post and he was marry to Ying, a rich girl.His office building has been happening rape case, which involved office lady who work over time. Tze is a bit dumb but pretty and works for Shun. Shun is always stress and have illusion of naked woman appear near him, he even imagine Tze being naked in front of him.

Shun looks for his ex girlfriend Yi who is a psychology doctor and tell her the illusion. To cure his illness, Yi requested Shun to spend 24 hours with her without contacting with anyone. Coincident, Ying needs to go Australia to visit her sick mother and Shun is free for the 24hours therapy. This night, Tze work overtime in office and was being raped by a guy with white mask.

When Shun woke up the next day, he was arrested by police for raping Tze. After checking of DNA, Shun's DNA matches with the sperm that was found in Tze's vagina.The police ask Shun for the truth and he revealed that he was with Yi. The police discover Yi is actually back for revenge on Shun. She used hypnotize on both  Tze and Shun to cause Shun into trouble. But luckily it was reveal and Shun is found not guilty...

L² Comment:

A lot of the characters are formerly from TVB, its good to know that beside from serious drama, they can goes into the erotic film industry as well lol~ Ms Malaysia Angie Cheung really has great body that she is not selfish to show off. Overall the storyline is ok, at least better than the 4th movie :)

 Story: 

Few years ago, Jau bang Yun and cause him to die so that the Luk's 4 brother - Keong, Fu, Bo & Chuen able to work with Tao's development company in extending the village properties. When Jau is out from prison, Tao's daughter Yu and bf Shan hired Jau and IT expert Joe to investigate of the Luk's 4 brother. Jau still has feeling for Yu while Joe met Hua (Yun's wife) and the Luk's brothers later discover that Jau is the one who betrayed them...

L² Comment:

The very last movie of the "Overheard" franchise film, this is the best among the 3 movies. Even though there's no link among these 3 movies but the actors are basically the same which is Sean, Louis & Daniel. Overall the storyline for this is the best, love the twist and turn of it. Happy to see that most of them are originated from TVB, and now they are strong enough to stand in front of the HK blockbuster and shine for the Hong Kong films :)

Gigolo and Whore 鸡鸭恋

 Story:

Hong came from China to to Hong Kong and stay with her cousin sister who is a whore, she met Sam, the most famous gigolo there. To achieve what she wants, Hong request a training from Sam to become the top whore she can be. But Sam remind her that whore and gigolo is not to have any real relationship. 

Hong got a chance to pretend as a personal assistant of Dickson and to cure him from the hurt of his previous relationship. When Dickson cure and Hong got her money and a dream guy. But Sam realize he was deeply in love with this whore and decided to get her.

Both of them later move to Japan and have their own sushi shop.

L² Comment: 

A very simple story and of course this will definitely not able to win both of them including this film any awards at all. Though Simon is famous in this kind of movie that time, but his way of acting this time seems a bit dull... and Carina is a bit too over.

 Story:

Manson works for Tony in shares company which Joe's father Xiang was one of the shareholder before he was killed by Tony. Jack is in the police force whom his wife Foon just released from prison. Jack tailed behind Manson and tried to find evidence to prove that Manson & gang was involved in the business crime. Joe use his way to record all the crime conversation of the Tony's gang and ask Tony to provide him 5Million shares of 749 shares. Tony instructed Manson to deal it but Joe has increase the cost of 749 and kidnap Foon to threatened Jack to help him in the final 5k shares. Tony can't take the stress and shot Joe. In the end, Manson rather went into prison and cause Tony's gang all guilty.

L² Comment:

This Overheard2 is totally different from Overheard1, there is no interlink of both story but only the same casting. This time only Louis Koo maintain as a police officer while Sean Lau has become one of the mobster gang and Daniel Wu become a young man who is full of revenge. This is not bad, but for me, the first movie is slight better than the second movie.

Jenny is the boss of a gigolo bar, she and the best gigolo Jack, train Bill to become the next top gigolo. But they received a business from Johnson, who want to hire a gigolo to cheat her company CEO Sherlin to give him back his shares in the company.

Jack & Bill followed Sherlin and discovered she's a lesbian who has a pretty girlfriend. Bill did not managed to tackled Sherlin but her girlfriend instead. Jenny got a new idea, she ask Bill to seduce the girlfriend to leave Sherlin while Jack will tackle Sherlin. The plan worked.

Johnson was not happy that he has to spend so much money and decided to tackle Sherlin by himself but failed. Jenny in another hand realize she has fall in love with Jack and want to be with him but was rejected.

Jack and Sherlin started to fall for each other but Johnson told Sherlin the truth behind. Jack left and gave all his money to Sherlin. After being scolded by Jenny, Sherlin realize Jack is her true love and went to cruise with him.

L² Comment:

This is one of the Hong Kong classic blue film with the big breast Veronica Yip. Though its surprise at that period when the audience see Rosamund in a blue film but of course, she does not show her body at all, only two sex scne in the whole film - one with Simon Yam while another one with Jacqueline Ng.

I was a bit dissapointed coz Jackie Lui did not show much more about his nice body to us in the film, what a waste !!!

Story:

In AD 200 during the late Eastern Han Dynasty, Cao Cao eliminates his political opponents Dong Cheng and others, before turning his attention towards rival warlords Liu Bei and Yuan Shao. To avoid fighting a war on two fronts, Cao Cao decides to attack Liu Bei first, and swiftly defeats Liu in Xu Province. Liu Bei flees north to join Yuan Shao, while his family is captured by the enemy. Liu Bei's sworn brother Guan Yu conditionally surrenders to Cao Cao to uphold his oath of brotherhood and preserve his honour.

Months later, Yuan Shao leads a large army south to attack Cao Cao and both sides clash at the Battle of Boma. In that battle, Guan Yu slays Yuan Shao's general Yan Liang and receives an honorary title of "Marquis of Hanshou" from Cao Cao for his effort. Cao Cao hopes that Guan Yu will continue serving him and showers him with gifts and rewards, but is rejected by the latter. Guan Yu is secretly in love with his sworn brother's concubine Qilan, but is afraid to express his feelings to her. Qilan reproaches Guan Yu for serving Cao Cao. By then, Guan Yu has also received news of Liu Bei's whereabouts, so he prepares to leave Cao Cao.

Cao Cao is reluctant to let Guan Yu go, so he tricks Guan into consuming wine spiked with aphrodisiac, in hope that Guan will show his love to Qilan. However, Guan Yu manages to remain rational and did not take his sworn brother's concubine for himself. Eventually, Guan Yu escorts Liu Bei's spouses out of Cao Cao's territory to rejoin his sworn brother. Cao Cao is unable to stop Guan Yu and gives orders for the defending generals at the various passes to let Guan Yu through. Despite so, Cao Cao's followers feel that Guan Yu will become a threat to them if he succeeds in escaping, so they plot to have Guan killed. Guan Yu then embarks on a dangerous long journey through the passes to reunite with Liu Bei.

L² Comment:

If you are a fans of San Guo, then you must watch this. A movie with full of martial arts action by Donnie Yen. Almost 9/10 of the movie is full with action combat. Its amaze how good Donnie Yen in using the weapon, its really breath taking.

The only thing i feel sucks is Betty Sun. Gosh, her face is so terrible and there was a lot of pimples during the close shot, no matter how thick her makeup is. And i m not sure whether there is this Qilan character in the San Guo at all.

Overheard 竊聽風雲

Story:

A team of CID is investigating the crime of money laundering, they used the eavesdrop machine for the investigation. Until one event when Yeung and Xiang heard the tips of getting a "must-raise" shares. Yeung request Xiang to delete the conversation of the criminal so that he can buy the share and earn money for his family as Yeung has cancer. But this was discovered by their senior Jun.

Jun request them to give up, but they continue until the sharemarket has stop the said share to be sell or buy. In the meanwhile, Jun was having an affair with Wan, Guang's ex wife. Jun is not able to face it and promise to help out Guang to plant the ctv in Wan's house. The share was back on market for the next day and they won a lot of money. Three of them kept this as their secret and put the money inside Xiang's house. But on their policeman's dignity, they decided to save someone who is going to be kill by Wah. Wah is the charity businessman who has actually did all the money laundering behind.

Jun, Yeung & Xiang were detected by Wah. Xiang was caught and strangled to death. Yeung's whole family was hit by a lorry and Yeung has lost one leg and one arm. Jun was caught and brought to a escorted place and shot to death. 2 years later, revenge take place. Jun was not dead yet, he went back to arrest Wah with enough evidence. During the way sending wah to police station, Wah realize Yeung is the driver. For his family, Yeung crash the whole car together with Wah inside down the bridge into the deep ocean.

L² Comment:

Seriously, the whole movie is good. But i should say that Daniel Wu's acting has spoiled the whole film. He's like a robot!!! Sean Lau is definitely cool, Louis Koo sacrifice his good looking image and wore a old look image. It also let me realize that once you've did something wrong, there's always a way for others to discover it. Scary huh?
