 Story
One year after their battle with the Shredder, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles still live in the shadows, having allowed Vern Fenwick to take the credit for Shredder's defeat. When Shredder is being transferred between prisons by corrections officer Casey Jones, his Foot Clan–operating under the direction of scientist Baxter Stockman–attack the convoy transporting him, but the Turtles, tipped off to the escape attempt by April O'Neil, fend them off. Stockman is still able to affect Shredder's escape using a teleportation device, but Shredder is hijacked mid-teleport and winds up in another dimension. There, the alien warlord Krang gives him a mutagenic compound in exchange for his promise to find three components of a machine Krang sent to Earth in ages past, which when united will open a portal to his dimension.

Shredder recruits the two criminals that were being transported alongside him, Bebop and Rocksteady, and has Stockman use Krang's mutagen on them to transform them into powerful animal mutants. The snooping April witnesses their transformation, and is able to steal the vial of mutagen; pursued by the Foot, she is unexpectedly saved by Casey Jones, but in the scuffle, the vial is lost and taken into police custody. Donatello deduces that the mutagen could be used to turn the Turtles into humans, enabling them to live normal lives above ground, but Leonardo refuses and insists he keep it a secret from the others. Unfortunately, Michelangelo overhears their conversation and tells Raphael; furious, Raph takes Mikey, April, Casey, and Vern and breaks into police headquarters to recover the mutagen. The Foot arrive ahead of them and, in the ensuing battle, the Turtles' existence is revealed to the police, who react with fear and hatred. The brothers escape, but April and Casey are arrested.

With Shredder's forces having already recovered two of the pieces of the portal device, the bickering Turtles track Bebop and Rocksteady to Brazil where they have recovered the final piece from its jungle hiding place. The Turtles intercept their jet on its return journey via a plane-to-plane skydive, and although the resultant battle crashes the jet, Bebop and Rocksteady are still able to successfully escape with the final component. The Turtles return to New York just in time to watch as Stockman and Shredder complete the portal device and open the gateway to Krang's dimension, through which his modular war machine, the Technodrome, begins to emerge. Krang immediately betrays Shredder, freezing him and locking him away with his collection of other defeated foes.

The Turtles see no way to combat the threat from the shadows, and must decide whether or not to take the mutagen and become humans in order to fight openly; Leonardo finally agrees to do as his brothers wish, but Raphael shatters the vial, realizing that they must accept who and what they are. Vern recovers security footage that proves Stockman and Shredder's crimes and secures April and Casey's release, allowing them to facilitate a meeting between the Turtles and police chief Rebecca Vincent. With the acceptance and blessing of the police, the Turtles go into action, confronting Krang aboard the still-assembling Technodrome. Meanwhile, Casey keeps Bebop and Rocksteady busy while April and Vern defeat Shredder's lieutenant Karai and take control of the portal device. Once the Turtles locate the beacon around which the Technodrome is assembling, they hurl it back through the portal, taking Krang and the rest of the Technodrome with it, and April, Casey, and Vern shut the portal down.

The Turtles are honored by Vincent and the NYPD, but elect to keep their existence a secret from the public at large, deciding that being normal isn't nearly as fun as being a turtle.

After waited for almost 2 years, finally TMNT is out again :) I'm a super fans of TMNT when i was a kid & i never ever remember April being so sexy & hot. But Megan is a bit too too too sexy man~ and i hate it when she's not in her brownish reporter's clothes :p

Well, this time the movie add on with few more familiar characters such as Krang, Bebop & Rocksteady :) The whole movie is moving in a nice pace which i think its just perfect. Seriously I will never think that Megan Fox being too sexy is gonna make me minus off 0.5 from it. I want the sexy April O'Neil whose the reporter but not the sexy April O'Neil whose the foxy lady~ Don't be too over, we are not watching porn here lol

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 2014

 Released Year: 2014
Directed by Jonathan Liebesman

Casted by:
Megan Fox as April O'Neil
Will Arnett as Vernon Fenwick
William Fichtner as Eric Sacks
Alan Ritchson as Raphael
Noel Fisher as Michelangelo
Jeremy Howard as Donatello
Pete Ploszek & Johnny Knoxville as Leonardo
Tony Shalhoub as Splinter
Tohoru Masamune as The Shredder
Whoopi Goldberg as Bernadette Thompson
 Story:
April O'Neil, a reporter for Channel 6 news in New York, has been researching a gang called the Foot Clan which has been terrorizing the city. She questions a dock worker about shipments of chemicals that may be linked to the Foot Clan. April eventually learns that something is being brought in by the docks. That night, she returns and sees the Foot Clan unloading cargo. April tries to record footage using her phone, but a shadowy figure arrives and takes out the Foot Soldiers one by one. She tells her coworkers and her boss, but no one believes her story.

The Foot Clan next attacks a subway station. April rushes to the scene, hoping to encounter the vigilante (or at least find evidence confirming his existence). She sees four figures this time, who disappear after defeating the Foot Clan. She follows them to a rooftop and tries to photograph them. The Turtles Leonardo, Michelangelo, Donatello, and Raphael notice her and delete the camera's images, warning her not to divulge their existence. She asks them who they are as they leave, and they say, "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles."

April runs home and opens a box filled with documents, pictures, and videos on "Project Renaissance", which involved her now-deceased father. She notices that the turtles she cared for from her father's laboratory fifteen years earlier seem similar to the Ninja Turtles. She recalls that her father was developing some type of mutagen. She continues researching and eventually realizes that the Ninja Turtles are the turtles from the laboratory.

Once again, she tries to convince her boss, Bernadette Thompson, that the Turtles are real. Bernadette becomes so infuriated that she fires April. April tries telling her cameraman boyfriend Vernon about them, but he does not believe her either. He does agree to take her to the old laboratory, though. There she finds her father's lab partner, Eric Sacks.

April tells him about the Ninja Turtles, showing him the photos. Sacks explains Project Renaissance: he and her father were cultivating the mutagen for its healing properties. Sacks theorizes that, when the laboratory was destroyed, the mutagen must have somehow caused the turtles to mutate into humanoids.

Meanwhile in the sewers, the Turtles tell their master, Splinter, that April has spotted them. Splinter orders them to find April and bring her to their lair, as she is now in great danger from the Foot Clan since she made contact with the Turtles.

The Turtles find April and blindfold her so she won't know their lair's location. They take her to Splinter, who explains how she saved their lives years before when she rescued them from the fire and released them into the sewers. April admits that she has told her father's associate about them, unaware that Sacks is actually allied with the Foot Clan's leader, The Shredder.

Meanwhile, Sacks relays the information to Shredder. Shredder and Sacks plan to spread a deadly virus throughout New York, causing a quarantine, in order to seize control by offering the mutagen as a cure. Shredder needs the Turtles to extract the mutagen from their blood.

He and his gang find Splinter and the Turtles in the sewers, and a battle ensues. Although they put up a great fight, they are unfortunately overwhelmed and Shredder captures Leo, Donnie and Mikey and leaves Splinter severely injured. Raphael is (so far) the only turtle left to survive the wreckage of their home while the Foot Clan presumes him to be dead in the riot. April (who has managed to hide during the melee) tries to dig Splinter out from under the rubble. Raphael emerges and helps. April then tries to tend to Splinter's wounds. Splinter instructs Raphael and April to save the other three Turtles before Shredder can extract the mutagen from them. April calls Vernon to give them a ride to the laboratory where the other three Turtles are being held.

When they arrive, April frees the Turtles, who join Raphael in fighting Shredder, but Shredder defeats them (again) and escapes. April, the Turtles, and Vernon escape down a snowy mountain with The Foot and Karai in pursuit, but they manage to get away. The Turtles plan to attack Shredder on the rooftop of Sacks' building before he is able to release the toxin, while April and Vernon search for the mutagen and battle Sacks inside the building, with Sacks being killed by the toxins. April finds the mutagen and heads onto the rooftop to give it to the Turtles. With April's help, the Turtles finally defeat Shredder, who falls off the roof. After the Turtles retreat to the sewers, Shredder inadvertently gets tub full of mutagen on his suit (This could possibly mean that Shredder could enter a mutation in the sequel).

That night, Vernon attempts to impress April with a Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor, but unfortunately fails when the Turtles come in with a vehicle of their own and accidentally blow it up with a missile launcher. The turtles then offer April a ride home but she kindly turns down the offer. The film ends with Mikey singing a love song to April, much to his brothers' chagrin.

My ever first movie was Ninja Turtles which my aunt brought me to the cinema during 1990. I was excited that time, after so many years, TMNT is back on the big screen again. This time the 4 turtles look much more stronger than the comic, cartoon and previous movie :)

I never expect Megan Fox will be April, for me, she's a bit too sexy in this movie hehe~ But no matter what, the storyline is good and the graphic thingy is good as well. Hopefully there will be other TMNT movie coming soon :)

The storyline is ok and the actors & actresses are fine as well, just that i'm not really drawn into the whole movie. This British actor Scott Adkins is so damn hot~ just look at his body, i bet your nose will bleed instantly :P

Kinda love the way Mika Hijii speak in english, very fluent and the way she pronounce is not bad too. I wonder how long does it takes her to train her english~ but anyway, i have googled, she's not very popular in the big screen, but you can see her in a few tv drama instead.

Story:
The film opens at temple of princess Kasumi. Hayabusa informs her of the death of her brother. Not wanting to believe, she leaves the temple and becomes an outcast shinobi. Before leaving she is confronted by Ayane who states that if Kasumi leaves, she is honor-bound to kill her. Jumping the wall of the temple Kasumi catches a flying shuriken on which the words "You are invited to DOA" appear.

Out at sea, Tina is on her yacht, arguing with her father on the phone about professional wrestling. A gang of pirates pull alongside and try to take her boat. Tina defeats them and a DOA shuriken pierces the side of her boat. In a Hong Kong hotel, Christie is being questioned by a number of policemen after a theft of diamonds. Wearing only a towel, she manages to disarm and defeat all of them and drives off on a motorcycle. All the while she is observed by Maximillian Marsh. While driving she receives her own shuriken.

The three girls are amongst a number of invited fighters, including Tina's father, Bass, and Max, on a plane going to DOA island. On the plane they're informed by Helena that in order to reach DOA island they must jump off with parachutes and get to the compound by sundown. Quite coincidentally the three girls land close to one another, and must work together to climb a giant Buddha statue when Kasumi realizes it's getting late. At the compound the fighters go on to meet Dr. Victor Donovan, the organizer of this year's DOA, who explains about the $10 million prize money, and some of the history about the tournament. Each fighter is analyzed in a lab to show their strength, and are all injected with nanobots which record their abilities. Weatherby, who operates all the technical equipment, oversees all of this. After all fighters are issued with identity bracelets, which beep and show the name of the wearer's next opponent in the tournament, the confrontations soon begin, with Tina, Christie, Gen Fu, Hayabusa, Helena Douglas, Bayman, Zack all progressing to round two.

Meanwhile, Kasumi recalls her brother, Hayate, and how he once saved her from ruthless kidnappers. After saving her, she remembers his face when a DOA shuriken came to him. Before her first round fight, Donovan is happy to see Kasumi; Donovan explains that Hayate was defeated by Leon the previous year, falling from the top of a cliff with his body never to be found. Kasumi later finds herself also matched against Leon; she soon defeats him, realizing that if she can win so easily, Leon could not possibly have beaten Hayate. Hayabusa and Kasumi have both progressed to the semi-final stage of the tournament, and all combatants take a time-out to let off steam. A volleyball tournament takes place down on the beach, with Kasumi and Tina against Helena and Christie. Meanwhile, Hayabusa explores Donovan's compound whilst all eyes are on the game, but is soon captured by the building's booby traps. The volleyball game abruptly ends when the ball is punctured by a throwing star, and Kasumi realizes that Ayane is calling her out.

They fight each other in the bamboo treetops, and Kasumi pleads for Ayane's help to find Hayate, pointing out that when he deserted the clan, she never pursued him out of love. Ayane coldly replies that he was different, and that Kasumi should come to terms with his death. Their confrontation ends with the arrival of the other girls, prompting Ayane to flee. With the recreation time over, the tournament resumes with Tina being matched against Zack. The two fight at the forbidden square and Tina defeats him. The result leaves a showdown between Helena and Christie. Before the fight, Max and Christie discuss how a source had said "Helena is the key" to finding the Douglas vault somewhere on the island which contains over $100 million. While fighting on the beach in the rain, Christie notices a tattoo on the back of Helena's neck. Despite being caught off guard by the image, Christie still manages to overpower Helena, leaving her lying unconscious on the wet sand, and progressing to the semi-finals of the tournament.

Returning to Max, she recalls and deciphers the cryptic image, showing the location of the vault to be in the Buddha head statue. With a new round beginning, Tina, Christie and Kasumi wonder where Hayabusa has gone, and go looking for him at Donovan's compound. They fall into a trap and are captured. It turns out that Donovan is planning to harvest the nanobots from the four best DOA fighters, creating a technology where the host will be able to predict and adapt to any fighting style and therefore defeat any combatant. The technology had been Weatherby's, who had no idea Donovan would use it against fighters' wills, as well as for profit. Weatherby, who has fallen in love with Helena, reveals to her that her father had objected to the idea and following his objections was killed. After being comforted by Weatherby about her failure against Christie, Helena gains new resolve to stop Donovan. Fighting through all his security forces, the two make it to the compound and prevent Donovan from broadcasting the technology to buyers around the world. Meanwhile, Max finds the Douglas vault and breaks the code, but is interrupted by Bayman, who under Donovan's command knocks out Max and takes the cash.

Donovan downloads the DOA program onto special sunglasses. He reveals that he captured Hayate a year ago and much to everyone's surprise, frees him. He challenges Hayate to one fight, in which the technology allows him to effectively predict every move Hayate makes and kicks him through the back wall of the compound. Donovan is about to send the DOA program to buyers across the globe when Weatherby stops him and contacts the CIA. Sometime later, Donovan sets the compound on self-destruct, which Weatherby tried to stop, but the self-destruct sequence was irreversible. Weatherby unlocks the harvest pods to free the four semi-finalists, and Helena also manages to hold off Donovan for a small time. With all the fighters freed, the girls join forces to take on Donovan as he attempts to escape in a four-on-one fight. Also, Ayane is still looking for Kasumi when she sees Hayate. Ayane is happy to see Hayate still alive, and they hug each other. Meanwhile, Hayabusa fends off Bayman with the help of Weatherby and Max, and Hayate is aided by Ayane. After a tough fight, Christie manages to knock off Donovan's glasses, preventing him from using the DOA program. Kasumi and Hayate then finish him off, Hayate knock him down, and Kasumi stabs a needle in the back of his neck, leaving him paralyzed and unable to escape. In the final moments, all the combatants jump off the cliff into the water, whilst Weatherby, Max and Hayabusa take an escape hatch. The compound explodes, killing Donovan.

Managing to gain a boat (from the same pirates that attacked Tina earlier on), the group escapes DOA island. Back at Kasumi's palace, the five female fighters join forces against the warrior guards on the steps of the palace. There is a cut in the frame, then the results of the fight is shown - the five of them defeated the entire population of guards in the palace.
