 Story: 

Xiang is a handsome warrior who brings along his 3 friends - Rong, Xiu & Tian at his journey. They met Hu (whose fallen for Xiu) and Pei (who is out tricking others for money), together they went Shaolin and met Wu (but actually Wu is Tan, sister of Bat). Bat used Yen (apprentice of Mu) to attack the Shui Ling Gong... in the end, Mu taught Xiang the secret martial arts to defeat Bat, but Tan was hurt and might not be able to be cure again...

This movie definitely ran out from the original fiction of Gu Long and it was criticized badly by Gu Long's fans during that time... For me, this is just so so, comedy part also very predictable. A lot of the original characters were changed to female version and ... well... i'm kinda speechless after watching it...

 Story: 

Every 18 years, the martial artists' community hold a martial arts contest to elect a new leader. Eva Palace's ruler wins the title and is tasked with eliminating the Ten Villains, who live in the Villains' Valley, a sanctuary for criminals. Yin Nam-tin (Eva Palace ruler's husband) believes that the villains are innocent and attempts to stop his wife from killing them. The couple turn against each other and Yin eventually manages to defeat his wife, but becomes paralyzed and mute. Eva accepts a girl called More as her disciple and intends to groom her as her successor. Meanwhile, the Ten Villains accept Yin's son (Fishy) as their student and plan to "nurture" him to become the greatest villain ever. 18 years later, the grown-up Fishy coincidentally meets More and falls in love with her. When he participates in the contest later, he is shocked to discover that Eva is actually his mother, and More is in fact Eva's student.

Missed this classic movie during the 90s... even though Bridget Lin is actually 7 years elder than Andy Lau, but it did not feel weird when both of them acted as a couple~ Bridget is the hottest actress during that time, nobody can look better than her when she wear a man clothes~ Of course the original fiction is not correctly shown in this movie as the gender of More should be a guy instead of a woman~ And lots lots lots stories were also amended as well...

Story:

Nine received the order from the emperor to distribute 8 invitations card for the duel of Cool & Simon at the palace. Nine and Golden discover a mysterious behind a murder case, one of the 3 dolls' face has been destroy. And this doll will reveal who is the real guy who wanted to roll over the emperor's dynasty.

The mischievous Princess Phoenix follow along Nine and met her idol Cool. Phoenix was attracted to Cool and take risk to steal the expensive medicine to heal Cool when he is hurt during a fight. In another hand, Simon who owns a biscuit shop save Qing who has almost killed by her own master. Simon is not high profile and always stay at his shop together with Qing. Nine went to send off the invitation card while investigating the missing doll, of course at the same time he went to visit his lover Jade.

Finally the doll's reveal the truth identity, its Cool. Cool fake up someone to fight with Simon during the duel and in the same time try to kill the emperor. Nine and Simon went to help, Cool demand a real fight with Simon. After a big fight, Cool was defeated and Simon finally win in the duel and get back his life with Qing.

L² Comment:

Basically this movie is just for a laugh during the Chinese New Year time in year 2000. Surprisingly, the graphic is extremely good, not too over but enough to make you "wow" during that time. The only problem i have with this film is Ekin Chen !!! His acting is super duper bad~
