The Uninvited

Story:
Anna was released from the mental hospital and send back home to stay with her father Steven and stepmother Rachel. Anna was happy to meet her elder sister Alex again. Both of the sister do not prefer Rachel to interrupt in their life after their mother passed away in a fire accident.

Anna met her boyfriend and was told that he knew what's happen during the night of the accident. They make arrangement to meet up at the rock but the boyfriend never turn up. On the next morning, the boyfriend was found dead in the sea. Suspecting Rachel is the murderer, both sister began their own investigation and found out Rachel is not using her real name. They also found out that Rachel kept many drugs with her.

Anna run away from house to report this to the police while Alex try to stop Rachel. But finally the police officer get Rachel with him and Rachel put Anna into sleep and bring her home. When she's on her nearly-unconscious situation, Anna saw Alex came in then things went black-out. When Anna is able to move, she saw blood on the floor. She traced it and saw Alex with a knife. Alex has killed Rachel! She claimed that Rachel tried to attack her and she killed her by defense. At the moment, Steven was back.

Anna try to defend her sister and then Steven told her that Alex has died with the mother during the fire accident. Anna remembered all the thing, she's the one who killed Rachel! Being sad, Steven has to send Anna back to the mental hospital.

L² Comment:
The original story is from Korea's "Tale of 2 Sisters". But seriously, it has nothing good compare to the original version, i can't feel the horror at all. This is yet another failure of western film trying to imitate asian horror ghost movie. Though the chicks are hot, but they can't bring any sparks for the movie. I wonder how the director can accept this kind of production...
