Milla Jovovich as Alice
Sienna Guillory as Jill Valentine
李冰冰 Li Bingbing as Ada Wong
Michelle Rodriguez as Rain Ocampo

Story
Alice and the others on the Umbrella Corporation freighter Arcadia face an attack by a fleet of tiltrotors led by Alice's former ally, Jill Valentine. Alice is captured in the attack, while the fates of Chris Redfield, Claire Redfield and K-Mart are left ambiguous.

Alice awakens in an underground facility and is interrogated by Jill. During a power failure, Alice escapes her cell and the laser grid, finding herself in a simulated Shibuya Square, Tokyo. Fighting her way out against zombies, she enters a control room and encounters Ada Wong, one of Albert Wesker's top agents. Ada explains that they no longer serve Umbrella and the power outage was staged by Wesker hacking into the facility's computers. Wesker appears on a screen, revealing that the Red Queen now controls Umbrella. Ada explains that the facility is underwater, located in Kamchatka, Russia, that served as a former Soviet naval outpost. The facility was designed by Umbrella in manufacturing clones and created simulated outbreaks to show the effect of the T-virus. Ada and Alice plan to rendezvous with a rescue crew, which includes Leon Kennedy, Barry Burton and Luther West, Alice's ally from the prior film. Leon's team plants explosives near the entrance of the facility, which will detonate in two hours to ensure the facility's destruction. The group plans to meet with Alice and Ada in the Raccoon City suburbia area. In a New York City simulation, Alice and Ada defeat two Axemen. Leon and his team enter a Moscow simulation, but are attacked by armed Las Plagas Undead.

In the Suburban setting, Alice and Ada encounter Becky, the deaf daughter of another Alice clone who mistakes the real Alice for her mother. They also encounter clones of Alice's former compatriots the One, Rain Ocampo and Carlos Olivera, sent to capture them. Ada gives Alice her smart glasses so that she and Becky can find their way and become split up. They encounter another clone of Rain, who was a friend of Becky's mother and Alice gives her a weapon. She then rescues Leon's surviving crew from the barrage of zombies and a giant Licker. Once united, the heroes head for the facility exit but are assaulted by the clones and Becky is captured by the Licker. Alice rescues her, using Leon's bombs, kills the Licker and allows the heroes to escape. The good Rain clone and Barry are killed - while the rest escape.

However, on the surface, their snow-mobile is knocked over by Jill Valentine's submarine. They confront the heroes with Ada as their hostage. Jill and Alice begin fighting each other, while Rain - now also enhanced with Las Plagas, fights Leon and Luther West, killing the latter. Alice is able to tear the mind-controlling scarab from Jill's chest and sinks Rain through the ice where she is dragged down by zombies. Alice, Ada, Becky, Leon, and Jill travel to Wesker's headquarters, the heavily barricaded and fortified White House, staffed by S.T.A.R.S. and the United States Military. Alice meets Wesker in the heavily-barricaded Oval Office, where he injects her with the T-virus, returning her superhuman abilities; as only Alice successfully bonded with it, she is the ultimate weapon. On the roof, Wesker explains the Red Queen is trying to wipe out humanity, and all of the remaining uninfected are in the base; it is humanity's last stand. A pull-away shows the military defending the White House alongside the remaining Umbrella Corp. soldiers against enormous hordes of T-virus abominations swarming all over the walls.

Finally Resident Evil is back on the "good-to-watch" track again... Not sure why Michelle Rodriguez is back into the movie but luckily her part is not that heavy, kinda hate to see her nasty face lately~ As the Asian market is getting wider, the production decided to add in asian superstar Li BingBing in this movie as well. However, Li BingBing's style in this movie is kinda weird and look like those 70's shanghai hooker as well, totally spoil her nice image. The story wise is not bad, kinda love the scene when Alice is being chased by many zombies, so cool~ :)

 Story:
Following their successful Rio heist, Dominic "Dom" Toretto and his professional criminal crew have fled around the world: Dom lives with Elena; his sister Mia lives with Brian O'Conner and their son, Jack; Gisele and Han live in Hong Kong; and Roman and Tej live in luxury.

Diplomatic Security Service (DSS) agents Luke Hobbs and partner Riley Hicks investigate the destruction of a Russian military convoy by former British Special Forces soldier Owen Shaw’s crew. Hobbs persuades Dom to help capture Shaw by showing him a photo of the supposedly long-dead Letty Ortiz, Dom's former lover. Dom and his crew accept the mission in exchange for amnesty, allowing them to return home to the United States.

In London, Shaw's hideout is found, but this is revealed to be a trap, distracting them and the police while Shaw's crew performs a heist at an Interpol building. Shaw flees by car, detonating his hideout behind him and disabling most of the police, leaving Dom, Brian, Tej, Han, Gisele, Hobbs, and Riley to pursue him. Letty arrives to help Shaw, shooting Dom without hesitation before escaping. Back at their headquarters, Hobbs tells Dom's crew that Shaw is stealing components to create a deadly device, intending to sell it to the highest bidder. Meanwhile, Shaw's investigation into the opposing crew reveals Letty's relationship with Dom, but she is revealed to be suffering from amnesia.

Dominic's crew learns that Shaw is connected to a drug lord imprisoned by Brian, Arturo Braga. Brian returns to the United States as a prisoner to question Braga, who says Letty survived the explosion that was thought to have killed her; Shaw took her in after discovering her amnesia. With FBI help, Brian is released from prison, regrouping with the team in London. Dom challenges Letty in a street racing competition; afterwards, he returns her cross necklace he had kept. After Letty leaves, Shaw offers Dom a chance to walk away, threatening to otherwise hurt his family; Dom refuses.

Tej tracks Shaw's next attack to a Spanish NATO base. Shaw's crew assaults a highway military convoy carrying a computer chip to complete his deadly device. Dom's crew interferes while Shaw, accompanied by Letty, commandeers a tank, destroying cars en route. Brian and Roman manage to flip the tank before it causes further damage, resulting in Letty being thrown from the vehicle and Dom risking his life to save her. Shaw and his crew are captured, but reveal Mia has been kidnapped by Shaw. Hobbs is forced to release Shaw, and Riley, Shaw's covert accomplice, leaves with him; Letty chooses to remain with Dom.

Shaw's group board a large moving aircraft on a runway as Dom's crew gives chase. Dom, Letty, and Brian board the craft; Brian rescues Mia, escaping in an onboard car. The plane attempts take-off, but is held down by excess weight as the rest of the team tether the plane to their vehicles. Gisele sacrifices herself to save Han from a henchman; Letty kills Riley and escapes to safety, but Dom pursues Shaw and the computer chip. As the plane crashes into the ground, Shaw is thrown from it, and Dom drives a car inside through the exploding plane. Dom reunites with his crew, and gives the chip to Hobbs to secure their pardons.

Dom and the others return to the Toretto's old family home in Los Angeles. Hobbs and Elena, now working together, arrive to confirm the crew’s freedom; Elena accepts that Dom loves Letty. As Roman says grace over the crew’s meal, Dom asks Letty if the gathering feels familiar; she answers no, "but it feels like home."

In a mid-credits scene, Han flees from unseen enemies in a high-speed pursuit in Tokyo, when he is suddenly rammed by an oncoming car which has been covertly following the chase. The other car's driver walks away from the scene after leaving Letty's cross necklace by the crash site, and calls Dom as Han's car fatally explodes: "You don't know me. You're about to."

L² Comment:
This movie should be the first time when Dom officially form up his team to work on a mission. Of course the most surprise part is to get Michelle Rodriguez reprice her character as Letty and she's back in the movie again, how dramatic :p

This time the most excited scenes of course would be the time when the cars race against the plane and each of them fight independently and in the end Gisele sacrifice herself for Han. Han left to Tokyo alone, a place where he and Gisele wanted to settle their life at... but of course it also re-show how Han die again when he was in Tokyo Drift...

The part of Letty fight against Riley is so much better than the guys fighting this time, love their bitch fight, and of course Letty such a fierce bitch, nobody can defeat her at all lol~

Jordana Brewster as Mia Toretto

 Story:
On docks outside Los Angeles, a semi-truck is loaded with electronics, but a corrupted dock worker informs an unknown person about the truck shipment. During the night, while the truck drives on the interstate, it is approached by three heavily modified black Honda Civics with green underglow. The occupants of the Civics immobilize the truck driver, hijack the truck and escape, passing through a roadblock and stealing thousands of dollars worth of shipment.

The next day, undercover LAPD officer, Brian O'Conner, is assigned to find the gang responsible for those crimes. Brian uses his cover job at a mechanics shop to infiltrate the local street racing scene. While visiting Toretto's Market, a local drugstore, he flirts with the shop's hostess, Mia Toretto, the sister of a well-known street racer, Dominic Toretto, who is sitting in the back. While eating, Dom's crew, consisting of his girlfriend Letty, Leon, Vince, and Jesse arrive. Vince, who has a crush on Mia, starts a fight with Brian. Dominic scolds Vince, but sends Brian away.

One night, during a local racing gathering, Brian arrives with his 1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse GSX, and Dominic arrives in his 1993 Mazda RX-7. Dominic organizes a drag race with a local betting schemer called Hector, and two other drivers. Brian, out of money, wagers pink slips for his car. During the race, Brian gains an advantage by using a nitrous boost, but loses it when Dominic uses his nitrous to catch up to Brian. Brian races too fast and overheats his engine, handing the victory to Dominic. Afterwards, Dominic mocks Brian in front of the crowd.

However, as Brian prepares to give the keys, LAPD arrives, forcing everyone to flee. Dominic drives into a local garage and parks there, intending to walk home, but he is spotted by a police cruiser. However, Brian arrives and saves him from the cops, earning Dominic's respect. However, they venture into Little Saigon, the territory of Dominic's old racing rival, Johnny Tran and his cousin, Lance Nguyen, who later blow up Brian's car. Afterwards, Dominic informs Brian that he owes him a "ten second car" (a car that can drive a quarter mile in under 10 seconds, from a standstill).

Brian brings a totaled Toyota Supra 2JZ to Dominic's safehouse, where he offers his skills as a driver and a mechanic to fix the car. As the crew settles to repair the car, Brian starts dating Mia, much to Vince's dismay. Brian investigates Hector and Tran, convinced that Tran is responsible for the truck hijackings. After investigating a suspicious purchase from Hector at the parts shop, Brian is cornered by Vince and Dominic, who demand an explanation. Brian lies about checking the cars of his rivals for the upcoming Race Wars, a street racing event in the desert. Convinced, Brian, Vince and Dominic check Tran's garage, and Brian notices a shipment of electronics in the garage. Afterwards, they leave.

Brian reports the shipment of electronics to his superiors at the LAPD and FBI, and they arrest Tran and Lance. However, they are released on bail and the raid proves to be a bust, since the only charges are illegal owning of small weaponry and all the electronics are bought legally, and they will be released on no charges. Clearing Tran's name, Brian is forced to assume again that Dominic is the actual perpetrator of the truck heists, while having doubts. His FBI superior, Bilkins, gives him only 36 hours to find the perpetrator or he will be fired.

Meanwhile, with the Supra done, Dominic invites Brian to Race Wars, and says that they'll talk once Brian has proven his worth. At the race, Jesse loses his father's Volkswagen Jetta to Tran, fleeing after the loss. Tran confronts Dominic, demanding that he must retrieve the car for him, but Dominic mocks him, causing Tran to shout that Dominic ratted him to the police (and unknown to him, it was Brian). In response, Dominic beats him up. Later that night, Brian notices the crew leaving, and realizes that Dominic is the perpetrator. He reveals his true colors to Mia, who is furious with him, but at Brian's pleas, reveals the location of the Civics and aids him in his plans.

Meanwhile, Dominic, Letty, Vince and Leon are driving to their latest target, also their last heist. However, they are forced to act without Jesse as a spare driver. Vince blows the truck's windshield and hooks to the seat, but when he jumps to the truck, the driver shoots at him with his shotgun and swerves with the truck, causing him to fly over and smash against the side door, also jamming his hand within the hook wires, and sustains another gunshot wound. Dominic and Letty try to save him, but Letty is knocked over and flips from the highway, later saved by Leon, and Dominic's car is totaled when the driver shoots through the hood. Brian arrives with Mia, who is commandeering the Supra, and Brian rescues Vince. When Dominic arrives, Brian is forced to blow his cover and calls for a medivac to rescue Vince. Dominic is furious, but manages to control himself, and leaves with Mia and the rest after Vince is saved.

Brian heads over to Dominic's house to arrest him, but Jesse arrives and pleads for Dominic's help to protect him from Tran. Moments later, Jesse is killed in a drive-by shooting by Tran and Lance, prompting Dominic and Brian to pursue them, which results in Dominic injuring Lance and Brian killing Tran. Brian and Dominic then engage in an impromptu street race, narrowly avoiding a train; Dominic is injured after his car clips a truck. Instead of arresting him, Brian gives him the keys to his own car, making good on his earlier wager to deliver a ten-second car and Dominic is able to escape the police.

In the post-credits scene, Dominic is seen driving through Baja, Mexico.

Eric Mabius as Matt Addison
James Purefoy as Spence Parks

 Story
Umbrella Corporation is the most powerful corporate entity in the world, and 9 out of 10 residents use its products. However, most of the real profits come from clandestine projects relating to viral weaponry and genetic experimentation. The main stronghold of the research is The Hive, a secret genetic research facility set underneath Raccoon City, which houses over 500 employees, mostly advanced scientists, researchers and support staff. The Hive is fully automated by a high-tech artificial intelligence called the Red Queen.

One day, a thief steals the genetically engineered T-virus from the storage labs. To cover up the theft, he throws one of the vials and smashes it, releasing the T-virus airborne. Red Queen detects the vial and the exposure, which can transit airborne. To prevent the release of the T-virus, Red Queen takes control of the security systems and initiates a facility-wide lockdown, and then releases lethal doses of halon, which murders the entire staff inside.

Alice awakens in a deserted mansion with amnesia under the shower. She dresses and inspects the mansion, finding a cryptic message written by an unknown person and a large cache of weaponry in a drawer locked with plexiglass. After briefly stepping outside, a helicopter flies over the mansion, and she is subdued by a police officer, Matt Addison. However, Matt is quickly subdued by a group of commandos who storm the mansion, and they handcuff Matt. The leader, named One, requests a report from Alice, but she is clueless. One decides to take Alice and Matt, along with his commandos, to a secret entrance to The Hive using an underground train. Along the way, they find another amnesiac, Spence, and One explains that they are operatives working for Umbrella, and they are in a sham marriage to protect the Hive's entrance and secrecy of the facility. One also explains the situation and the need to reach the Red Queen.

After a while, they reach the Queen's chambers. One, Alice, Spence, Kaplan, the team's medic and two other commandos go to the chambers, while J.D and Rain keep watch of Matt. One and his commandos enter the hallway leading to the chamber, while Kaplan unlocks the central chamber by hacking the systems. However, he accidentally seals the commandos, and Red Queen activates a laser defense system, which slices most of the commandos and bisects One into pieces. Kaplan deactivates the system and heads inside with Alice, and uses a machine to disable Red Queen, and removes her circuit boards to prevent her from rebooting. However, in the process, he unlocks all the doors and gateways in the Hive, and this releases the zombified staff. During a battle with the zombies, Rain is bitten and J.D perishes in a zombie horde. Alice begins regaining her memories, but Matt and Alice are separated from the group. Matt looks for information about his sister Lisa, while Alice encounters several infected Dobermans and surprises herself when she reflexively defends herself with martial arts.

Matt finds his sister zombified. Alice saves him and Matt explains that he and Lisa were environmental activists wanted by the FBI and Quantico, and that a police officer persona was only a fake alias (commandos assumed that he is a cop despite not having records of him since he lied about being just transferred). Lisa infiltrated Umbrella to smuggle out evidence of illegal experiments but failed to succeed. Alice remembers she was Lisa's contact in the Hive and was intending to bring down Umbrella, but keeps this silent from Matt in fear of his revenge.

The survivors reunite at the Queen's chamber. The commandos explain that they have one hour before the Hive will seal automatically using a device they set at the blast doors, trapping them inside. Alice and Kaplan activate the Red Queen in order to find an exit and rig the Red Queen's circuit breaker so they can shut her down remotely to force her cooperation. As they escape through maintenance tunnels from the chamber, they are ambushed by zombies, including a reanimated JD who bites Rain, having being bitten twice before hand and infecting her further. When JD tries to attack, Rain kills him. They still managed to get to safety, However, Kaplan is bitten and separated from the group.

Alice remembers that an anti-virus is in the storage lab, but when they arrive it is missing. Spence suddenly regains his memory; he remembers having overheard Lisa and Alice's talk about the T-virus theft, and Alice wanted to destroy the corporation. However, Spence himself infiltrated the Hive and stole the T-virus, releasing it to cover his tracks, and he hid the vials on the train, where he passed out from the gas that was released. He reveals that he did it solely for the purpose of selling it on the black market, and he wrote the cryptic message to Alice, assuming this was what she wanted. However, she refuses to cooperate, so he holds her and Matt at gunpoint before locking them inside. However, he is bitten in the process.

Spence arrives on the train, but the Red Queen talks to Alice and reveals she was keeping a Licker, a genetically mutated animal (implied to be a rabbit), for them, and she releases him on Spence, who is devoured by it as they watch it on a monitor. Queen offers to spare Alice and Matt if they kill Rain, whose health is fading and who has been infected too long for the anti-virus to work reliably. As the Licker attempts to reach them, Rain tells Alice to kill her. Alice refuses and smashes the Red Queen's monitor, then a power outage occurs. The lab door opens to reveal Kaplan, who disabled the Red Queen to open the door. They reach the train, where Alice dispatches a zombified Spence and takes the anti-virus.

On the train, they inject Rain and Kaplan with the anti-virus. However, the Licker is hiding on the train, and attacks them, clawing Matt over his arm. The Licker grabs Kaplan and hurls him from the train, killing him instantly. Alice and Matt battle the Licker using the remaining pistol and several lead pipes. Licker attempts to grab Alice using his tongue, but she grabs a pipe and jams it into his tongue, trapping him. Rain turns into a zombie and attacks Matt, but he subdues her and shoots her, killing her. He opens the trapdoor, sending the Licker on the tracks, who bursts on fire due to intense friction, before sealing it, ejecting him from the train.

Alice and Matt, the only survivors, arrive safely back in the mansion just as the blast doors close, resealing the Hive. However, Matt's wound begins mutating. Before Alice can give him the anti-virus the mansion doors burst open and a group of Umbrella scientists and commandos seize them. They subdue Alice and take Matt away, revealing he is to be put into the Nemesis Program, and they intend to re-open the Hive. Alice attempts to fight them off, but is knocked unconscious by the swarm of scientists, led by Dr. William Birkin, who experiments on her personally.

Some time later, Alice awakens at the Raccoon City Hospital strapped to an examination table, with no memory of what happened since her capture. After escaping, she goes outside to find Raccoon City abandoned. A newspaper clipping shows that the T-virus spread to the surface after Umbrella reopened the Hive, creating an army of undead that devastated the city. Alice arms herself with a shotgun from an abandoned police car.

World Invasion: Battle Los Angeles

Released Year: 2011
Directed by Jonathan Liebesman

Casted by:
Aaron Eckhart as Michael Nantz
Ramon Rodriguez as William Martinez
Will Rothhaar as Lee Imlay
Michelle Rodriguez as Elena Santos
Story:
On August 11, 2011, mysterious objects thought to be meteorites crash into Earth's oceans near several major cities. These objects are revealed to be spacecrafts, containing hostile alien forces. The U.S. Marines from Camp Pendleton arrive in Los Angeles to defend against alien ground forces and assist in the evacuation of civilians, in preparation for a bombing campaign. Among the military's forces are Michael Nantz, a U.S. Marine Staff Sergeant who had planned to retire, and his new platoon.

The Platoon Commander, 2nd Lieutenant William Martinez, attends a briefing at a FOB (Forward Operating Base). The platoon's mission is to rescue civilians from a LAPD police station with a three-hour time limit before the Air Force bombs the area. They are ambushed by aliens multiple times and suffer casualties. They also encounter a group of U.S. Army soldiers from the 40th Infantry Division, including an Air Force intelligence Technical Sergeant Elena Santos. Eventually, the combined team reaches the police station, finding five civilians inside. A helicopter arrives and attempts to evacuate some of the wounded Marines, but it is destroyed by the aliens upon takeoff.

The Marines commandeer a bus for evacuation. During this ordeal, they learn of the aliens' weaknesses and military tactics, finding that alien infantry have a weak point in the torso and that the alien aircraft are remote-controlled drones. The Marines speculate that there must be a central command center, and that the destruction of this command center would cripple the enemy forces. On a freeway, the bus is attacked and the Marines begin rappelling the civilians off the side of the freeway. One of the civilians, Joe Rincon, is wounded after firing on the aliens. Martinez is also wounded and sacrifices himself by detonating explosives inside the bus shortly after placing Nantz in command of the platoon.

Nantz leads what remains of the platoon outside the bombing zone, and they rest at a convenience store. A news report speculates that the aliens have attacked Earth for its water supply. The team waits for the bombing to begin, but nothing happens. They arrive at the FOB, only to discover that it has already been destroyed by the aliens, nullifying the airstrike. They decide to head for another extraction point, where a helicopter should be available to evacuate them but Rincon dies before they reach the new extraction point. As they are being evacuated, Nantz spots a large black area on the ground, where electric power seems to be disabled. Nantz believes the black area to be the location of the alien command center, and that it is hidden underground. Nantz disembarks from the helicopter, his platoon follows, planning to find the exact location of the command center so they can call in a missile strike.

Going underground, the Marines confirm the presence of a large alien vessel. They return to the surface and succeed in calling in a missile strike. However, the command center remains intact, and rises from the ground. The Marines repel alien forces as more missiles are launched at the hovering command center and, eventually, they are able to destroy it and alien ground forces begin to retreat.

Soon after, the team is extracted to a temporary base in the Mojave Desert, where they are greeted as heroes for their outstanding bravery. All other cities under attack now plan to emulate their strategy, destroying the alien command center in each city. More forces are being sent to Los Angeles to finish off the aliens there. Despite orders to rest, Nantz and the platoon instead rejoin the fight.

Military film is always not my choice of movie, but well... i can't waste a free ticket if somebody is buying me one, right? lol... Well, the movie is ok. A bit boring in the 1st 20-30 minutes. The whole film did not really make you "No~~" "Wow~~" or anything like this. But i love their aliens :)
