 Story:

Mad Roman emperor Caligula Caesar continues his despotic reign, torturing, murdering and raping his citizens almost at random, while also attempting to fend off various assassination efforts and trying to have a good time, despite it all. Meanwhile, a young woman infiltrates Cal’s harem, in the hope of sneaking in a cheeky little assassination while she’s there. But can she do so without falling for the emperor’s surprising charms.

It seems like emperor having a bad dream about themselves will always come true, no matter which country or city the emperor from... China, Egypt, even Rome... The storyline is kinda so so and actually kinda lame i should say. Pace is kinda slow and there's some moments which i really feel like fall into a deep sleep while watching this movie.

Caligula et. Messalina

 Story: 

Messalina is a power-hungry nymphomaniac who will stop at nothing to become Empress of Rome. She brings herself to the attention of Caligula by battling in the gladiator arena and it is not long before she achieves her goal, upsetting the Emperor's youngest sister Agrippina, who hopes that her son Nero will eventually become ruler of Rome. Agrippina successfully plots Caligula's downfall, but Messalina rains on her parade by immediately jumping into the sack with his successor, Claudius. But naughty old Messalina can't commit herself to one man, and shags everyone in sight, including a grotesque, but well-endowed, frequenter of brothels, a randy midget, her eunuch and an ex-lover. When she ends up pregnant, and it is obvious that the father is not Claudius (since he has been away fighting in foreign lands), Agrippina finally sees her opportunity to be rid of her nemesis once and for all.

 Different from 1979 Penthouse production, this movie did not really have a lot of sex scenes and showing the man's nice cock to the viewers. Overall the movie is ok as the 2nd half focus more on Messalina which is kinda boring actually...
