 Story: 

After Fred left, the car workshop is getting less business, Tony & Silver decided to become actors while Ken become their manager. They work for Chow TV which is a low cost station with Ken's nephew Pei as a production manager. They managed to use Ken to tackle Mui and get Mui's new stars (Choo, Fong & Yin) to be in their TV station as well. All these are to beat down another TV station which is incharge by the evil Simon.

L² Comment: 

The sequence is very good as well comparing to the first movie. One thing is, I never realize Elizabeth Lee is much more famous than Carina Lau during that time. Elizabeth joined the industry in 1987 after winning the runner up in Ms HongKong while Carina has been in the industry since 1982... But of course as time goes by, Carina's acting skill is much more better than Elizabeth; while Elizabeth is marry with a rich man now? Who is more success now? In terms of carrier of course is Carina, but in terms of life & marriage, hands down to Elizabeth :)

The 3rd movie of this series is getting bored comparing with the first two... As there are lesser actors & actresses involved in the movie, the comedy part basically falls under only a few of them. Sadly to say that, the sparkles no longer exist as per the first two movies, bad sequence...

 Story: 

Fred who's foul-mouthed, works in garage together with his two close buddies: Tony and Silver. The boss of the garage, Ken puts his friendship with the three in priority, ultimately, despite his harsh, picky and dingy personality. Both Tony and Silver couldn't put up with Fred's girlfriend's snobbish mother, they caused trouble on the occasion of her birthday banquet and make Fred breakup with his girlfriend. In order to recover the heartbreak of Fred, Ken decided cheer up Fred by joining a tour to Penang, where they came across two beautiful girls, Maggie and Agnes, strolling leisurely on the beach as if they were very wealthy. Since then they decided on courtship. They played a poker game to decide who’s to who. And Fred, the winner, chose Maggie to be his sole target. By the rules of the game, Ken, Silver and Tony have to compete to see who in the ends will win the heart of Agnes.

Another classic series movie - The Romancing Stars casted by many famous celebrities :) Surely everyone love to watch this movie back in the old time or even anytime when it is shows again in the tv... Stanley Fung never failed to makes me laugh so as Eric Tsang... Chow Yun Fat is a bit dull in this movie so as Natalis compare to the 2 others... But i was glad to see so many actresses appeared in this classic movie :) yeah~

 Story: 

This year a few new blood join in the Lady Inspector Squad but the new and old girls were not able to stay together well after Amy played pranks on the new girls several time. Sir Lo was with both squad to inspect their performance and it make Sir Fung very jealous after seeing Sir Lo treating Madam Hu like a queen.

The girls hold a birthday party for Madam Hu and everyone was invited. But the fun is over soon and they will have to face the burglary's brother from the first movie to defeat them in an deserted island.

L² Comment:

Change of few actresses from the first movie increased a little bit of excitement especially Amy Yip, her big boobs were the center of all attraction and later on help her groom into the erotic film industry at Hong Kong. The storyline is some sort similar like the first movie and of course the same old same old fight again which cause the movie to be less exciting compare to the first movie~

 Story:

Hong is a cancer survivor and a responsible kindergarden headmaster. She is frustrated with the city kindergarden style of management and decided to be a HKD4,500 headmaster in Yuen Tian village. There has 5 kids and if by next year there is less than 5 students, the kindergarden will be closed down. Too bad that one of the kid will be graduated next year and Hong needs to find a new kid to replace the space. But the cancer cause her to be admitted to hospital and her husband Dong take up the responsibility to continue. During the graduation day, they thought it is the end of the kindergarden, but luckily there are another 2 children join in and the kindergarden get to stay on.

Watch this very touching movie with my love one and i saw tears in the eyes~ awww... This is a very nice movie which based on a real story. I believe a lot of us will feel that we are so lucky because we have chances to proceed with our education, not like these 5 girls who almost lost their chance in it if not because of the responsibility headmaster. Its a very good movie with good storyline, i dont mind to watch it again if anyone of u got the dvd :p

 Story:

Xiong came to Hong Kong and look for his friend San who then helped him to find a job. The honest Xiong met rich girl Yang and managed to win over her heart, but he always help others people and even helps his boss Yun to buy the coffee shop and sacrifice their migrate planning. 

San in another hand is getting worst and in the end wanna force Xiong to sell off his coffee shop to him. But an angel appeared and told Xiong that he was actually a good man and deserved a better life than suicide.

L² Comment: 

Same like the previous I Love HK, most of the actors & actresses are from TVB. Its happy to see that they have chances to go on big screen which not all the celebrities have the chance. Overall the storyline is ok, a bit predictable, but its still ok~ I watched this old cny movie because of the cny, or else, this wont be in my "to-watch-list"~

 Story:

Gui was told to be a rich heir and he went all his way back to Hong Kong to work with his step brother to bring up the business. But the step brother order the 3 bad ass workers (Fan, Chiu & Kei) to spoil Gui reputation. Gui Fall in love with the beautiful Dou while the 3 bad asses love Happy. 

To get the business, Gui pretended to be blind and try to win Joanna's heart. In the end, Joanna & Dou knows about it and get angry. Gui knew that he only love Dou, and ask for her forgiveness. Together with the help of the 3 bad asses, Gui perform and his step brother decided to share the business together with him. Chiu also fall in love with the nasty bitchy Dorlina in the office.

L² Comment:

This is one of the classic comedy in the HK early movie time. Andy Lau used to be good in comedy, as well as Stanley, Natalis & Richard. But having Idy in this movie is nice too, as Andy was with her in the Condor Heroes in TVB, but too bad, in the end Andy was pair up with Chingmy instead of Idy.

Jail House Eros 監獄不設防

Story:

Long time ago, Jane tried to escape from the jail but failed and die in the end by falling down from the building. Jane's spirit was then inside a God's statue.

 

Years later, the same jail, Madam 5354 was dead after sex and she accidentally released Jane's spirit. Hak is a young lady who wanted to escape from the jail crazily. Hak is always bully by other girls, luckily big sister, Bo & gang protected her. Jane look for Hak as Hak found her music box, Jane helps Hak to escape but failed.

 

5354 came back as horrible spirit to haunt the jail. Officer Fung has to invite Wai's aunty came for help. In the end, Jane sacrifice herself to save everyone. Wai's aunty help Jane to release from the jail and get another chance to reborn.

1990 Hong Kong film is kinda obssessed with jail-type of film, therefore this female director is smart to film this movie. The whole storyline is predictable but still acceptable.

Tachi II 太极2英雄崛起

 Story:

Jing went back to the British company and found Yang to help. Yang is the son of Xin and the elder brother of Jade. Since young Yang never likes to train his martial arts like his siblings but only interested in doing machine just like Jing. Yang was never preferred by Xin because of this.

Yang came back and tried to deny Chan as their family member by informing the rest of the villagers regarding the history of their Tenth Master. But in the end Yang's tricked exposed and he was force to leave with his wife. The East India company discovered that Chan is actually from the previously Tian Li associates and they used this to destroy the Tan village. In the fight, Yang and Xin forgive each other while Chan and Jade ran together to Beijing to ask for help.

But in Beijing, they were stop by Kun. Kun is the final rival of Xin, Kun discovered Chan is the apprentice of Xin and do his best to fight against him. In a fight, Chan finally discovered the martial of Chan and named it as TaiChi...

L² Comment:

The second movie is not as good as the first one, especially the comedy part. We all knows that Stephen Fung try very hard to direct a good film, but as a new director, he has to do something special out of it. The first movie did it, but the second one just only average, the only surprise is at Daniel Wu & Patrick Tse part. I hope the 3rd movie of Taichi will get better...
