Story:Bang & Yu team up to roll over the Qing Dynasty, they received instruction from the Huai King and state that who ever get the Xian Yang City will be able to announce himself as king in the city. Bang together with Fan and gangs always work as vanguard in the war while Yu took over the fame and crown.
Bang success to invite Liang to be his war consultant while Yu has always been help by Zhen who is very talented at strategizing in war. Bang was instructed by Yu to send Yu's beloved YuJi back to her hometown to avoid from getting hurt in the war. Fan feel like Yu purposely do that to get Bang away from Xian Yang City. Liang consult him to take another way and take over the Xian Yang City first while having Yuji with them. Yu was pissed off, Zhen told Yu to set up a Hong Men Banquet and invit Bang over. After some strategic arrangement, Bang brought along his army and Liang to the Hong Men Banquet. Zhen set up 5 chinese chest to compete with Liang, whenever Liang lost one chest, one of their army will be punish. Things go on and Liang lost 4 out of 5. Fight occurs and Bang forced to surrender and give the Xian Yang City back to Yu while abandon Liang.
Though this has been strategize earlier, Liang manage to get Yu's heart and outcast Zhen. Zhen feel sad and left while passing a message to Yu for future usage. Liang went to visit Zhen and compete on the final chest, Zhen passed away at that session. Liang took this chance to flee away leaving Yu alone to fight with Bang. Yu was angry and strike a war with Bang. During the fight, Bang managed to get help from the other king when Yu killed Huai King. To fight against the large number of enemy, Yu lost his battle and bring along small number of armies and ran to Wu Jiang City with Yuji. After a few fight, Yu lost all his army, Yuji killed herself and Yu went along with her.
Discovering the message, Bang found out Zhen has been strategize and bribe over Liang, Xin & He to betray Bang. Bang pissed off and assassinated them. Though Bang become the emperor but he lost all his brother who fight with him in the battlefield. Fan even kill himself in front of Bang to show that he does not trust Bang anymore. Bang live his life trusting nobody even his own family. When Bang almost passed away in his old life, he met Liang again, who managed to survive.

Its a great history movie this year, so happy to watch it with some friends who are so also interested in China history :) Though the storyline is good by using a flashback memories on the movie, but the ending part is a bit laggy and boring. The best part will be the time when Zhen & Liang compete with each other in the chinese chest competition.
Leon Lai still the same-old-leon, his expression is bad and boring, i wonder how he ever won the best actor before~ lol. The one who surprise me is Jordan Chan!!! You can see that he's do his hardwork for this film. This proof that he's not only good in comedy but this kind of history-war film as well~ good job:)
