Story:

A meteor across the sky, Ah Mi vow: "I want to marry a rich man," as the meteor fall from a distance, on the ground appeared a book named "glass slipper". Ah Mi pick up a book, the contents of the book is familiar to everyone, "Cinderella" story as a starter.

Open the "glass slipper", it teach Ah Mi the steps to prepare: learn voice, eye contact, facial expressions, conversation, body language, etiquette, for future to joined the upper class. Ah Mi starts her rich journey by riding first-class flight to Europe, because first class cabin is definitely a gathering place for the rich. Sure enough, Ah Mi met Christmas. The two spent a romantic holiday in Europe, perhaps under a lifetime commitment. Ah Mi find the legendary crystal glass slipper on the road, but cost a fortune.

Soon it revealed that Christmas is also a poor man after they spend a lot in a restaurant. Christmas unexpectedly walked out and disappeared without a trace. Ah Mi except suffered lost soul, but also bear economic losses. Ah Mi back to Hong Kong becoming low self-esteem. But all took a dramatic turn, Ah Mi attracted the city's famous diamond bachelor Wilson. 

Christmas and Ah Mi both missed each other and soon when they see each other, how will Ah Mi choose? Love or bread...?

After more than 10 years, it is still nice to watch this movie again. It is one of my favorite movie among Sammi's movie. Though the storyline is simple, yet its relaxing and fun to watch with. Who does not like to be rich, but when you can only choose either love or bread, what will you take? Lucky that Mi can get both in this movie haha~

 Story:

Stu Shepard is an arrogant New York City publicist who has been courting a woman named Pam behind his wife Kelly. He uses the last remaining public phone booth in the city to contact Pam. During the call, he is interrupted by a pizza delivery man, who attempts to deliver a free pizza to him, but Stu rudely turns him away by insulting his weight. As soon as Stu completes his call to Pam, the phone rings. Stu answers, to find that the caller, who knows his name, warns him not to leave the booth, and says he will say hello to Pam for him. He also says he will call Kelly, leaving Stu panicked.

The caller tells Stu that he has tested two previous individuals who have done wrong deeds in a similar manner (one was a pedophile, the other was a company insider who cashed out his stock options before the share price collapsed), giving each a chance to reveal the truth to those they wronged, but in both cases, neither agreed and were killed. To demonstrate the threat, the caller fires a suppressed sniper rifle at a toy robot sold by a nearby vendor; the damage is unseen by anyone but Stu, the caller, and the vendor. The caller demands that Stu confess his feelings for Pam to both Kelly and Pam to avoid being killed. The caller contacts Pam, and puts her on line with Stu, who reveals that he is married. The caller then hangs up, telling Stu to call Kelly himself.

As Stu hesitates, the booth is approached by three prostitutes demanding to use the phone. Stu refuses to leave, having been warned by the caller to stay in the booth and not reveal the situation. Leon, the prostitutes' pimp, joins his charges, smashes the side of the booth, grabs at Stu in a headlock and starts punching him. The caller offers to "make him stop" and asks if Stu can hear him, which Stu just answers positively, causing the caller to misunderstand Stu and shoot Leon. Leon staggers away before collapsing dead in the street. The prostitutes immediately blame Stu, making a scene over Leon's body, accusing him of having a gun as the police and news crews converge on the location.

Police Captain Ed Ramey, already suspecting Stu of being the killer, seals off the streets with police roadblocks and starts trying to negotiate to get him to leave the booth, but Stu refuses, telling the caller that there is no way they can incriminate him; the caller proves him wrong, calling his attention to a handgun that was planted in the roof of the phone booth. Both Kelly and Pam soon arrive on the scene. The caller demands that Stu tell Kelly the truth, which he does. The caller then orders Stu to choose between Kelly and Pam, and the woman he does not choose will be killed.

While on the phone with the caller, Stu secretly uses his cell phone to call Kelly, allowing her to overhear his conversation with the caller. She, in turn, quietly informs Captain Ramey of this. Meanwhile, Stu continues to confess to everyone that his whole life is a lie, to make himself look more important than he really is or even feels. Stu's confession provides sufficient distraction to allow the police to trace the payphone call to a nearby building, and Ramey uses coded messages to inform Stu of this. Stu warns the caller that the police are on the way, and the caller replies that if he is caught, then he will kill Kelly. Panicked, Stu grabs the handgun and leaves the booth, screaming for the sniper to kill him instead of Kelly. The police fire upon Stu, while a smaller force breaks into the room that the caller was tracked to, only to find the gun and a man's corpse.

Stu regains consciousness to find the police fired only rubber bullets at him, stunning but not harming him. Stu and Kelly happily reunite. As the police bring down the body, Stu identifies it as the pizza delivery man from earlier. Stu gets medical treatment at a local ambulance; as he does, a man with a briefcase (the caller) passes by and says that he regrets killing the pizza deliverer and warns Stu that if his new-found honesty does not last, he will be hearing from him again. The man disappears into the crowd with Stu unable to call out due to being sedated by the paramedics. As he does, someone else is being called from that same line. We only hear him say, "Hello?"

Its simple, its straight-forward, damn but this movie is still able to make you feel goosebumps! Love the whole movie, love the storyline, love all the actings and yes i fucking love how this film is make :) Two thumbs up for this and a big applause for Colin Farrell as well~ first time i feel tat he is an actor but not just a sexy icon.

The Sweetest Thing

 Story:

In an opening scene, a group of men are interviewed regarding Christina Walters who introduce her as a player and a user of men in the swinging singles market. The men include:

A neurotic loser who gets a nose bleed when she fails to call him after promising to do so.

A man who saw the movie Swingers and is calling her after 3 days, only to find that she gave him a number for Moviefone.

A man whose masculinity comes into question when he attempted to court Christina and was denied claiming her to be a lesbian

A very talkative man who ends up propelling himself off an exercise bike when he starts talking about Christina.

The scene shifts back to the sexist man whose claims of Christina's lesbianism causes an entire crowd of women to attack him with baseball bats and the movie moves along, introducing Christina Walters, a successful interior designer and Courtney Rockcliffe who is a divorce lawyer as they console their friend and roommate Jane, who had recently broken up with her boyfriend Kevin, by taking her out to a dance club and cancel their plans to stay in for pizza. At the club, Jane feels out of place and Christina grabs a man passing by to set Jane up with. She meets Peter Donahue who confronts Christina for her methods before disappearing for the night. While in the bathroom with Courtney, she calls him by name, leading her to suspect that he got under Christina's skin and she's actually attracted to him which she denies. After running into Peter again, Christina buys him a drink and they spend time together, Peter explaining that he will be attending a wedding on Saturday and he is at the club with his obnoxious, womanizing brother Roger to celebrate. He invites Christina and Courtney to an after-party at their hotel, but Christina goes home and later regrets not going.

The next day, Christina can't stop talking about Peter while Jane deals with an embarrassing "cleanup" from her fun with the guy she met the night before. In the unedited version, Jane returns to the lunch and the women talk about always complimenting men for the sizes of their penises, eventually breaking out into a restaurant-wide "Penis Song". Courtney arranges for her and Christina to travel to Somerset where Peter's brother's wedding is to take place and they meet Jane's boyfriend as a recurring gag they indicate he is well endowed causing misery and enjoyment from Jane. After they leave, Christina and Courtney go on a series of misadventures including an exploding toilet, a glory hole discovery, and a motorcyclist who is led to believe Christina is giving Courtney oral sex. Meanwhile Jane encounters her boyfriend at her retail job and is nearly caught having sex with him in the changing rooms. When Christina and Courtney finally get to Somerset, Christina begins having second thoughts after visiting a store to replace their wet and ruined clothing only to come out in extremely gaudy, indiscreet outfits, but a series of coincidences gives her a change of heart and they go to Peter's brother's wedding. Arriving, they discover that it is Peter, not Roger who is getting married and the pair nearly ruin the ceremonies in their attempts to escape. Peter and his fiance then decide that they do not want to marry each other and they call off the wedding (much to her father's chagrin) while Christina returns home and back to a newly unfulfilled life of being single again. Later, Peter finds Christina's address in the log at the store they bought their clothing in and tracks her down. Christina, determined not to fear the commitment, kisses Peter and then walks away disappointed.

Sometime later, Courtney is dating a doctor and is clearly very attracted to him, and Peter is interviewed like the men at the beginning of the film, retelling his version of the events calling her a bitch and a player, but ultimately revealing that he and Christina are together, having gotten married and are living very happily with Jane and Courtney and Roger as well. Whether they all live together is left ambiguous.

This movie is light and funny but until its too simple which lack of meaning in it. Cameron Diaz looks a bit funny without her clothes on compare to Christina Applegate who is hotter~ Overall the storyline is just ok, won't consider to watch it if i'm free hehe 

The Trip 2002

 Story:

The time is the socially turbulent 1970s, when radical politics and the emerging gay rights movement clashed with the rigidly conservative establishment. At a swanky L.A. party, lean and lanky Tommy introduces himself to sexually repressed Alan. Tommy has long blond hair, and is openly gay with a glib sense of humor. The comparatively short-haired, muscular Alan is a member of the Young Republicans and an aspiring journalist. Alan is working on his first book, a treatise on homosexuality, and he invites Tommy over for dinner to interview him for the book. Their connection is so intense that Alan's kooky girlfriend Beverly suspects something more than an interview is going on and angrily departs.

Broken up with Beverly, Alan runs into Tommy a month later while jogging in Griffith Park and invites him for a night out; the two have a fantastic time, drinking and doing drugs along the way. At Alan's invitation, Tommy stays over at Alan's apartment. They sleep in separate rooms until Alan, in the middle of the night, joins Tommy in his bed, claiming the couch is too uncomfortable; Tommy leaves to go sleep on the couch. In the morning, Tommy tells Alan he has feelings for him and can't see him again. Tommy also confronts Alan about his own curiosity, prompting Alan to defensively blurt out, "I'm not a fag like you, okay?" Tommy walks out. Feeling horrible about what he said, Alan proceeds to call him nonstop, but Tommy won't come to the phone.

Alan proceeds to write his book, which is highly critical of gays and their lifestyle. However, when the manuscript brings an offer for a two-book deal, he doesn't want to sign the contract, as by then he realizes his own feelings for Tommy and rejects his old ideas about the gay community. Against his better judgment, he signs the contract, persuaded by attorney Peter, that it's a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Moments later, Tommy comes back to Alan's apartment to confront him about the phone calls and tell him he doesn't want to hear from him again. Alan takes a chance, grabbing Tommy and kissing him. It begins what will be a 4-year relationship.

Fast forward to 1977: Anita Bryant is organizing the "Save Our Children" campaign in Florida to rid the country of homosexuals and repeal a Florida law prohibiting discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation. Alan's book publisher, who previously decided the timing wasn't right, publishes Alan's book, The Straight Truth, against Alan's wishes, listing the author as "Anonymous." The book is used to fuel homophobia by the Christian Right, and it threatens to erode Tommy's work with his group Out Loud, whose aim is to change the public's negative views of gays. When word is leaked about who actually wrote the book, Tommy leaves Alan. Alan is also fired from his job at a newspaper. With nowhere to go and no job, he quickly becomes a "kept boy" of Peter, who himself is closeted.

in 1984, when Alan finds out Peter was the one who leaked his name to the media, he leaves to reunite with Tommy. The two finally take the road trip they previously planned, but under tragic circumstances, as Tommy is now ill from an undisclosed illness. In a fitting end to their love story, Alan fulfills his book contract by writing a second book. This time, it is about his coming out process and his love affair with Tommy. The book is called The Trip, and is dedicated to Tommy.

An epic gay romance released by TLA back in 2002, this story is touching and nice to watch with. The only flaw would be the length of the movie is not long enough. I would like to see more romance thingy the 2 boys should do when they are young...

Color Blind 2002

Story:

Color blind is the story of three friends growing up in the rough, inner city. Jeffrey an African-American young boy and his father, an aspiring surgeon, quickly befriend J.C. and his family, recently arrived Asian immigrants. Jeffrey's father quickly instills the idea that education will take J.C. and Jeffrey out of their rough neighborhood and on their way to the American dream.

J.C. and Jeffrey's friend Joey lives across the street. Joey is the child of a single mother who battles with abusive relationships, welfare and drug abuse. Their families become like a surrogate family to Joey as he battles with his own family's dysfunction.

As the boys enter manhood and deal with life and love their friendships are cemented as they each face battles that life in the inner city brings.

This is a good movie which talks about the bias of races and skins. I tried to find the movie's picture to show ya guys but i can't find it at all... Anyway, even though the storyline is good, but of coz the acting were not as good as it should be, so in the end this turn up to be just a so so movie~

Secretary

 Story:

Lee Holloway, the socially awkward and emotionally sensitive youngest daughter of a dysfunctional family, adjusts to normal life after having been hospitalized following an incident of dangerous self-harm. She learns to type, starts to date an acquaintance from high school named Peter, and begins to work as a secretary for an eccentric attorney, E. Edward Grey, who hires her despite her stilted social skills and unprofessional appearance.

Though at first Grey appears highly irritated by Lee's typos and other innocuous mistakes, it soon becomes apparent that he is sexually aroused by her submissive behavior. After he confronts her about her propensity for self-injury and commands that she never hurt herself again, the two embark on a BDSM relationship. Lee experiences a sexual and personal awakening, and she falls deeply in love. Edward, however, displays insecurity concerning his feelings for Lee, and he shows shame and disgust over his sexual habits. After a sexual encounter in his office, he fires Lee.

During this period of exploration with Edward, Lee has also been attempting to have a normal boyfriend in Peter, even engaging in lukewarm sex with him. After Lee is fired from her job, Peter proposes to Lee, who reluctantly agrees to marry him. However, while trying on her wedding gown she leaves and runs to Edward's office where she declares her love for him. Edward, still uncertain about their relationship, tests Lee by commanding her to sit in his chair without moving her hands or feet until he returns. Lee eagerly complies. Days pass, as Peter, family members, and acquaintances individually visit Lee to alternately attempt to dissuade or encourage her. After three days, Edward returns to the office and takes Lee to his apartment where he bathes and nurtures her. The pair marry and happily continue their dominant-submissive relationship.

I have heard about this film a long time ago but didn't really got the chance to watch it. Well, after watching, this multiples awards winner (not the main stream award) is kinda ok, but of course a lot of the storyline is expected and ya Maggie's boobs are nice :) lol

Eight Legged Freaks

 Story:

 In the quiet mining town of Prosperity, Arizona, an accident involving a rabbit causes a barrel of toxic waste to land in a reservoir. An exotic spider farmer named Joshua has been making regular visits to the site, where he collects crickets for his spiders. Although the spiders have ingested the toxins, he is oblivious since the arachnids seem unaffected. Joshua shows Mike, a local boy, his collection, which include Jumping spiders, Trapdoor spiders, Tarantulas, and Orb-weaver spiders, including a female named Consuela. After Mike leaves, Joshua is bitten by an escaped tarantula and accidentally knocks down the spider cages. He is killed by the spiders and, after devouring him, the spiders grow to even huger proportions. His pet parrot is also presumed killed, when a tarantula grabs on to its head.

On his way home, Mike is accosted by his mother, Sheriff Sam Stroud and Deputy Pete pulling the toxic barrel out of the pond. Wade, the Mayor of Prosperity, is holding a town meeting in the mall about whether they should sell the mines and relocate. Chris McCormick, whose father owned the mines before he died ten years ago, shows up and stands against Wade's proposition. Chris also sparks a romance with Sam.

Meanwhile, Harlan Griffiths, an eccentric extraterrestrial enthusiast, is broadcasting his theory that various missing pets around town have been abducted by extraterrestrials. Inevitably his theory is dismissed as the product of a deranged imagination. Mike sneaks out on foot and finds Joshua and the spiders missing, the farm covered in webbing, and the dead body of Joshua. Although he sees an enormous spider shadow in the mines and tells Chris that the spiders have grown to enormous sizes, based on a giant spider leg he found at the mine entrance, Chris disbelieves his story. Meanwhile, the mines have reopened with the miners searching for a famous gold lode.

One miner is eaten by a gigantic spider, whose clan have made the mines their home. Seeing as the entire town is connected in some way to the mines, spiders show up in many different places. Deputy Pete Williams cat has a fight with one of the spiders in the air vents before being eaten and some of the ostriches on Wade's farm are devoured by Trap Door Spiders, Ashley breaks up with her boyfriend Bret, and he and his motorcyclist friends are chased by jumping spiders, with him being the only survivor, accidentally cutting off the telephone line and being stuck in the mine. Chris finds out that his Aunt Gladys and her dog are abducted by a male orb weaver in their basement. Sam is convinced Chris and Mike are delusional. However, her skepticism fades and she realizes that Chris and Mike were right all along when she witnesses a giant male orb-weaver attempting to abduct Ashley (Scarlett Johansson), her daughter and Chris; Sam saves them both. Meanwhile Bret, still wandering the mines, gets a good peek at the giant Consuela during her feeding.

Sam contacts Pete and tells him to bring all guns in the police station's possession and they escape to Harlan's trailer, knowing he has a radio station that he operates from within his trailer. As Sam broadcasts the threat over the radio, a giant tarantula, the "tank" of the horde, assaults the trailer but they manage to escape. As the town is besieged by vicious spider hordes, many people are eaten, Chris tries to convince Harlan that the spiders are "from Earth" but ends up convincing him that they are "Spiders from Mars" to make him happy, Sam tells everybody to evacuate to the mall. Chris, Sam, Mike, Ashley, Harlan, Wade and many other townspeople all escape and barricade themselves in the mall (but Wade flees into the mines and locks the gate before the attack) and defend themselves from the spiders. Meanwhile, Harlan and Chris climb onto the roof and ascend the radio mast and try to get a signal to call the army as they are being attacked by the spiders, but are believed to be pranksters. Harlan jumps from the roof, after the tarantula breaks open the gates and lets the spiders enter the mall, and lands in some bushes, where he meets up with Pete. The two run from spiders as Chris meets up with the remaining townsfolk and goes down to the basement. Meanwhile Bret, still wandering the mines, encounters the cowardly Wade before his abduction.

While the townsfolk are in the basement, Bret arrives on a forklift that brings down the locked gate, and they all head to through the mines straight to the front entrance, discovering the methane-filled tunnels. After losing Norman and freeing Wade, Chris goes to look for his Aunt Gladys in the mines and finds her and the gold his father was searching for, but is confronted by the gigantic Consuela. He uses perfume to distract the spider and the escapes using Bret's motorcycle. Chris then blows up the spiders and the mines utilizing Gladys's smoking addiction and the high concentrations of methane gas. The police finally arrive. They had not believed the reports of the spiders but believed Harlarn's theory that the assailants were extraterrestrial in nature, until Pete tells them that the assailants were "just spiders, that had ingested extremely high levels of toxic waste." He tries to show this is true by showing his head, thinking (since it was exposed to the toxic waste) that his hair grew back, but unfortunately it did not.

As the story ends, Harlan is heard making a radio report about the spiders. He concludes that the town has decided to cover up the whole incident, but have let Harlan continue broadcasting the incident, knowing nobody will believe him. He also mentions Chris reopening the gold mines and putting everyone back to work, but tells us "that is another story altogether." As the camera zooms in close on his mouth, it is clear that he now has three gold teeth.

Seriously i don't even know why i finish the whole movie, or even start this movie in the first place. I feel sad for David Arquette & Scarlet Johansson to be in this movie~ pui !!!

Mr. Deeds

Preston Blake started out in his career hoping to be a disc jockey as a young man, slowly working his way up through the ranks to found Blake Media, a corporation running hundreds of television and radio stations and with 50 thousand employees. After Blake freezes to death at the summit of Mount Everest with a triumphant smile on his face, a search for his heir begins.

When it is found that he has a living nephew named Longfellow Deeds who runs a pizzeria in New Hampshire, Deeds is contacted and brought to New York City by attorney & businessman Chuck Cedar. Plans are made for Deeds to sell his shares in the company to Cedar and return home $40 billion richer, but he must remain in New York for a few days as all the legal details are worked out.

The story is major news, and reporter Babe Bennett, who works for a tabloid show called Inside Access, has a friend pretend to steal her purse in sight of Deeds, because their research indicated Deeds wanted to meet a girl by saving her, the same way his father had met his mother. Deeds rescues her (as well as mercilessly beating her "robber") and she continues to go out with him under the disguise of Pam Dawson, a school nurse from Winchestertonfieldville, Iowa (a town she made up on the spot when asked where she was from, which later turns out to be a real place (Syosset, New York).

Though Pam initially hopes to just get a good story on the new heir, she eventually falls for the unfailingly kind-hearted Deeds, and decides to tell him that she's not who she says she is, but Inside Access, in concert with Cedar (fed the truth by the "robber", still suffering from the effects of Deeds "saving" Bennett) reveals it to Deeds first. Heartbroken, and upset, Deeds decides to return home to Mandrake Falls after giving $40 Billion of his money he inherits to the United Negro College Fund (much to the surprise of the chairman, who has a heart attack). After returning to Mandrake Falls, he learns from Crazy Eyes that Chuck Cedar intends to sell off the company, which will cause thousands of people to lose their jobs. Babe visits Deeds in Mandrake Falls and tries to win him back. He rejects her saying he doesn't really know who she is.

At a shareholders meeting, Cedar has everyone convinced to sell the company, until Deeds (who has bought a single share) arrives and manages to convince everyone to not sell. But Cedar has control of a majority of the shares and the sale is approved. Babe arrives, and reveals that Blake's butler, Emilio (John Turturro), is Preston Blake's illegitimate son (at one point he had told Deeds that Blake treated him "like a son"), and the true heir.

As a result, Deeds' sale of his shares to Cedar is not legal. Emilio immediately takes control and fires Cedar, as well as the entire top brass at the company, with the exception of Cecil Anderson , a good-hearted executive who had befriended Deeds (when he asks to remain, Emilio leaves the decision to Deeds, who quickly says yes). Babe reveals herself to Deeds and apologizes for tricking him, and they reconcile and Deeds falls in love again. As they're leaving, Emilio thanks Deeds for his support and asks how he can repay him. Deeds says that all he wants is his friendship. Emilio ends up giving Deeds a billion dollars, some of which Deeds spends on Corvettes for the entire town, and he returns to Mandrake Falls with his new wife Babe, where he learns that Hallmark Cards has bought one of his cards, the one he wrote for Babe.

The film includes several references to the novel (or its resultant movie) To Kill a Mockingbird. For example, Pam Dawson invents a story about falling out of old Boo Radley's apple tree and breaking her arm. Dawson also greets a woman as "Mrs. Finch" and her dog as "Atticus"; Atticus Finch was the father of Scout and Jem in To Kill a Mockingbird. Dawson also claims to become sexually excited by fire, which may be a reference to the burning of Ms. Maudie's house in the novel.

Sorry to say that, i don't really like this film. Though Adam Sandler has been always be my favorite comedian, but this movie is so boring and predictable. The funny point is a bit lame and not exaggerate much enough to create any laughter for me. And... Ms Ryder, u look like a mess in this movie :(

Story:

Gerda' mother was killed by the Snow Queen when she was young, leaving her and the father, Wolfgang. When Gerda grew up, she fell in love with Kai who is a bellboy working in Wolfgang's hotel. The Snow Queen and caught Kai by kissing him on the lips to loss all his memories.

Gerda sacrifice herself for The Snow Queen by jumping down the river, she was then safe by Spring Witch. Spring Witch illusion Gerda's mind so that she will not leave her and stay with her forever, but Gerda left herself notes earlier on and manage to get away. In another hand, Kai and The Snow Queen been living together with the white polar bear.

Gerda met the hap magician who bring him to the summer princess, but summer princess wanted to marry her out and Gerda decided to ran away. She was then caught by the Robber girl and her mother Autumn Robber. Robber girl treated Gerda like her own toy to prevent Autumn from eating her. In the meanwhile, The Snow Queen trick Kai to finish a glass puzzles. Later on Gerda was trapped in the dungeon and she met a reindeer of Robber girl. With the help of reindeer, Gerda managed to escape.

Almost finish his glass puzzles, Kai frustrated for not finding the last piece of the puzzle and loss all his memories to The Snow Queen. Gerda came all the way to save Kai but Snow Queen stop her by freezing her to death. Snow Queen threatened to kill Gerda and tricked Kai to kiss her again. When Gerda about to die, she heard the Spring Witch, Summer Princess, Robber Girl, Hap magician and Autumn Robber wake her up including her own dead mother.

Gerda wake up, break the curse of the snow queen by telling her she is not a queen but just a winter and pinch her with Gerda's mother's necklace. The snow queen was defeated and was safe by the polar bear. The polar bear transform into a handsome prince and vanish together with the snow queen.

Gerda and Kai went back happily ever after.

Can i "pui" at this movie? Simply boring and stupid... i don't know whether the original fiction is as boring as this or wat, but i really feel sleepy as the movie goes on...

The Rats

Story:

At Manhattan, rats appearing everywhere and after getting exposed to some chemicals products, they began to breed in larger amount than usual. These abnormal breed has cause the whole country being threatened by rats. Susan is the first who discover this problem after bitten by the rat and ask help from the expert Jack.

Jack and Ty try to help out with the problem and discover the rats problem is out of their control. The rats even attack the human in swimming pool. When the whole Manhattan citizen try to run away from the rats including Susan and her daughter Amy. In the end Jack came out with an idea to explode the rats with dynamites.

Using ab suction machine to suck all the rats back to the swimming pool, Ty was stuck in the wind tunnel. Susan help him to escape but she accidentally fell into the pool with rats but was save by Jack and Ty. In the end the rats were exploded and die on the spot.

Just like any other animal-eat-human-film, this is just lame and boring. The whole movie is not horror at all and yet not funny. I mean, some of the cheap production which try to make horror movie, end up making ppl laugh... but not this one. It just damn boring. But imagine if u fall into the pool of rats? Ewww.... yuck!!!
