Whiteout

Released Year: 2009
Directed by Dominic Sena

Casted by:
Kate Beckinsale as Carrie Stetko
Gabriel Macht as Robert Pryce
Alex O'Loughlin as Russell Haden
Columbus Short as Delfy
Story:
The movie opens in 1957, inside a Russian cargo plane flying above Antarctica. In the cargo hold, three Russians sit with a padlocked box. The co-pilot launches a gun fight that soon leads to the plane crashing and the death of all aboard. The setting fast-forwards to a present-day geographical research settlement in Antarctica. The inhabitants are preparing to evacuate in the face of an early winter storm. They must depart before the onset of winter or remain for six months.

US Marshal Carrie Stetko has been working in remote Antarctica for two years, since a betrayal by her partner in Miami that killed him and nearly killed her. She is finally planning to leave, but first is called upon with her friend Doc and pilot Delfy to retrieve a body spotted in a remote area. A cursory autopsy first reveals only an old wound, stitched closed, but then discloses that the man was murdered with an axe.

The dead man is Anton Weiss, one of a group of three scientists looking for meteorites. When Carrie goes to speak to one of the others, she finds him dying from a neck wound and is herself attacked by a black-clad man with an axe. Carrie injures her hands in escaping, losing the wet skin of her fingers on the metal handle of a door. Later, she finds Robert Pryce, a UN security agent, examining the body of the second scientist. They conclude that the third, who is missing, must be the killer and set out to explore the group’s most recent research site. There, Carrie falls through the ice to find the old Russian cargo plane. Pryce and the pilot Delfy join her to investigate, and they realize that the locked box had been opened and six cylinders removed.

After nearly being trapped by a cave-in at the plane, Carrie must have her badly frostbitten fingers amputated by Doc. She then finds the missing scientist hiding in her office. He tells her that he and his two companions found the plane and took the canisters, but the killer has them now. Before Carrie can see him to safety, he is killed, but Carrie captures his killer, Russell Haden.

With Haden locked in the brig and the winter storm only moments away, Carrie and Pryce search for the canisters. Haden, however, escapes. The storm, a "whiteout", hits. Able to navigate through the blinding snow only by the system of security ropes, Pryce and Carrie pursue Haden. Just as Haden is about to kill Carrie, Pryce cuts Haden's rope, sending him to a cold death. At the base, Carrie and Pryce open the bag Haden had been carrying to find that the missing canisters contain only jelly beans.

Carrie has a colleague on the departed plane fax her a manifest of its cargo, so she can see if the original contents of the canisters are hidden there. There is nothing unexpected, but three items from the science center are missing: the bodies of the dead scientists. She searches their body bags and finds nothing, but, noticing that the stitching on Weiss's old wound matches the distinctive pattern on her amputated fingers, has a terrible inspiration. She explores the cavity of his body and finds several bags of large, uncut diamonds. She turns to find Doc in the doorway. Doc confesses that he was part of the diamond smuggling ring with the others before Haden killed the rest. He had hoped that the diamonds would give him a life worth leaving Antarctica for. When Doc tells her he wants to see the aurora australis one last time, she allows him to walk outside to his death.

Six months later, Carrie, Pryce and Delfy are among those who have wintered at the facility. Carrie transmits an e-mail to her director, rescinding her previous resignation and asking for a warmer station for her next duty station.

The Gingerdead Man

Released Year: 2005
Directed by Charles Band

Casted by:
Robin Sydney as Sarah Leigh
Ryan Locke as Amos Cadbury
Alexia Aleman as Lorna Dean
Gary Busey as Millard Findlemeyer / Gingerbread man
Jonathan Chase as Brick Fields
Story:
The film begins at a Waco, Texas diner called Cadillac Jack's, where crazed killer Millard Findlemeyer opens fire on the Leigh family, killing Jeremy and James, but leaving Sarah and her mother, Betty, alive. Findlemeyer is arrested and sentenced to die in the electric chair, due in part to Sarah's testimony. After the execution, Findlemeyer is cremated and his ashes are sent to his mother, a witch who mixes the ashes with a gingerbread spice mix.

Some time later, The Bakery, a pastry shop run by the surviving Leighs, is in dire straits and Betty has been reduced to a shotgun-toting alcoholic who shoots down the banner of the new restaurant opening across the street; Sarah sends her home with Bakery employee Julia. The restaurant owner, Jimmy Dean arrives to complain about the banner and attempts to buy Sarah out, so he can knock down The Bakery, which he disdains as an eyesore. After exchanging hostilities with Lorna, the Dean daughter, Sarah defers the decision.

Returning to work, Sarah and Brick Fields, another Bakery employee, find a mysterious gingerbread spice mix left at their doorstep by Findlemeyer's mother. They set to using the mix, but Brick cuts himself, allowing his blood to pollute the dough. Sarah permits him to leave early so he can pursue his amateur wrestling career as The Butcher-Baker at Wrestlepalooza. She then makes a large gingerbread man with the contaminated dough and puts it in an industrial oven to bake. Lorna has returned and planted a rat in The Bakery so the health department will shut them down, but is discovered by Sarah. A physical fight ensues, during which Lorna hits a switch that causes a surge of electricity into the oven where the gingerbread man is cooking, animating it.

Amos Cadbury, Lorna's boyfriend, who has gotten tired of waiting outside for her, arrives on the scene. Sarah removes the gingerbread man from the oven, at which point the newly-dubbed Gingerdead Man leaps up, taunting them. They attempt to lock the living cookie in the freezer and Sarah tries to call the police, but the line is dead. Lorna calls her dad on Amos' cell phone before the batteries go dead. Betty comes back to look for her stash of alcohol and Julia comes back looking for Betty. Each is, in turn, assaulted by the Gingerdead Man; Betty loses a finger and is put into the oven, while Julia is knocked out by a frying pan, encased in frosting, decorated, and left in the freezer. Amos returns to his car and retrieves a handgun.

Jimmy Dean arrives to pick up Lorna. While he investigates Amos' car, the Gingerdead Man takes his car and, using a rolling pin to operate the accelerator, runs him over. Amos and Sarah discover and rescue Julia from the freezer. Sarah tells Amos that she thinks the killer cookie is Millard. Lorna decides to wait for her father outside, but discovers only his sprawled body. She steals his ring and heads back inside, where she triggers a tripwire that lodges a knife into her forehead, killing her. Sarah and Amos find Betty and attempt to rescue her from the oven, but the Gingerdead Man locks Sarah in the oven and knocks Amos out with a hammer. Amos recovers, shoots the oven door's lock off, and saves Sarah. Brick returns. The Gingerdead Man gets Amos' pistol and opens fire. Julia and Brick managed to subdue him and Brick eats the cookie's head. Their problem briefly appears to be resolved, but Brick turns out to be possessed by the Gingerdead Man. He is pushed into the oven and baked to death.

Several months later, Betty, Sarah, and Amos are having a bake sale to raise money for the hospital, with a little help from two nurses. Two kids ask if they have any gingerbread cookies, and one of the nurses tells them that an older lady (presumably Millard's mother) stopped by a few minutes ago and dropped some off. The nurse opens the box, revealing five gingerbread cookies, who open their eyes. One of the gingerbread cookies is bought by a woman, who also buys a box full of pastries and ships them to her sister in L.A., setting up the plot for the sequel.

Borderland

Released Year: 2007
Directed by Zev Berman

Casted by:
Brian Presley as Ed
Martha Higareda as Valeria
Rider Strong as Phil
Jake Muxworthy as Henry
Story:
The action begins with Mexico City policemen banging on the door of what seems to be an abandoned house. Ulises and his partner enter the house and find gruesome remnants of animal sacrifices and human remains. The two are ambushed by the occupants and Ulises is forced to watch them torture and mutilate his partner until he is decapitated. Ulises is shot in the leg and is allowed to live to warn other law enforcement officials to stay out of their way.

One year later, Ed, Henry and Phil, three recent Texas college grads, are enjoying a college beach bonfire in Galveston, Texas. They decide to head down to Mexico for the week to hit up the strip clubs and take advantage of a lack of law enforcement.

Ed meets a bartender named Valeria after being stabbed defending her in a barfight and falls in love with her, while Henry sets Phil up for his first sexual encounter with a prostitute, who is "barely 17". Phil immediately falls in love with the prostitute, who he quickly finds out has a baby. The boys, Valeria and her cousin Lupe indulge in some hallucinogenic mushrooms before going to a carnival. Phil leaves early to give the prostitute's baby a teddy bear, and as he walks from the carnival alone, Phil reluctantly gets into a car with a couple of men who proceed to abduct him when he tries to leave.

The next morning, Henry and Ed notice that Phil did not come back, and the two begin to investigate, eventually teaming up with Ulises, after Henry gets shot and they find the local authorities and the townspeople utterly terrified of Phil's captors. Phil is revealed to be kept in a shack on a ranch under the watch of a man named Randall, who wounds Phil after he tries to escape. The captors explain that they follow "some African voodoo" called Palo Myombe and are preparing a human sacrifice (a "gringo", as opposed to the regular Mexican citizens they have been sacrificing) to get the power of Nganga for their drugs to be invisible to the border guards while smuggling them into the US.

Henry is later hacked to death by several men with machetes on the roof of their hotel, and Ed and Valeria decide to go with Ulises to go kill the men who abducted Phil. By then, it is too late to save Phil, however that doesn't stop Ulises from shooting the leader of the cult to death after being shot himself.

Ed, Valeria, and Ulises travel down the road to a house inhabited by an old man, where Ulises bleeds to death. The cult members followed Ed and Valeria to the house, and the two risk their lives to kill the remaining members, eventually deciding to swim across the Rio Grande, two kilometers north of their location.

The movie ends with a caption explaining that several kilos of cocaine were found in containers along with human hair, over fifty bodies were exhumed from a mass grave at the ranch, Ed and Valeria were questioned after being caught swimming across the river, and that several suspects remain at large.
L² Scored: 6.5/10

L² Comment:
The storyline of the whole movie is a very normal horror movie style of movie, but the way they slashed and tortured people is kinda nice. Love the scene whey they chopped the ankle of Phil... gosh, i feel goosebump in a sudden~ lol

From the director of "Coming Soon", writer of "4bia" & "4bia 2", Sophon Sakdaphisit is never dissapointing. Though its not really that "horror" horror kinda movie, but he added in a lot of human's feeling when they are in fear, doubt and anger which i enjoy a lot.~

Green Zone

Released Year: 2010
Directed by Paul Greengrass

Casted by:
Matt Damon as Roy Miller
Amy Ryan as Lawrie Dayne
Brendan Gleeson as Martin Brown
Greg Kinnear portrays Clark Poundstone
Story:
Iraqi General Mohammed Al-Rawi, hiding in Baghdad, is meeting with his aides and talking about the invasion of Iraq early in the morning of March 19, 2003. Al-Rawi suggests that they wait until the Americans arrive and perhaps make his army an offer to join their forces before forming an insurgency against the invaders.

Four weeks later, U.S. Army Chief Warrant Officer Roy Miller and his squad investigate a warehouse, believed to be holding Weapons of Mass Destruction. To Miller's surprise the warehouse is not secure, with looters making their way in and out as soldiers from the 101st Airborne Division sporadically fight the Iraqis. But they find that the warehouse is empty. At a debriefing, Miller brings up the point that the majority of the intel given to him is inaccurate and anonymous, stating that on his last three attempts to find WMDs, his team had come up with nothing. High-ranking officials quickly dismiss Miller's theory about the intelligence being false. After the debriefing, Miller meets Martin Brown, a CIA officer based in the Middle East who tells Miller that the next place he is going to investigate for WMDs is also empty, as a UN team had already searched there two months ago.

Meanwhile, Clark Poundstone is welcoming Ahmed Zubaidi an Iraqi politician at Baghdad International Airport, where he is questioned by Wall Street Journal correspondent Lawrie Dayne. She asks if she could speak to "Magellan," to which Poundstone says that he is too securely "locked up". While investigating another site, Miller is approached by the Iraqi who calls himself "Freddy", who tells Miller that he saw some Ba'thist VIPs meeting in a nearby home. Miller and his men swiftly arrive and burst into the house. Al-Rawi narrowly escapes, but one of his henchmen is taken into custody. Before Miller can extract any more information the man is grabbed by special operations personnel.

Miller goes to Brown's hotel in the Green Zone and tells him what happened. Brown arranges for Miller to visit the man removed from his custody by the special operations personnel. Before leaving he is approached by Dayne. Miller soon finds the Iraqi informant in prison. Near death from his brutal interrogation, the man responds to Miller's question with one word: "Jordan." With Brown's help Miller's suspicions are confirmed that Al-Rawi met with Poundstone in February in Jordan as Poundstone's inside man.

Miller has by now realised that Poundstone probably wants to prevent Al-Rawi from disclosing the fact that he had never confirmed the presence of WMDs. When Miller tries to meet with Al-Rawi to encourage him to turn himself in before he is killed by Poundstone's men, he is kidnapped by Al-Rawi's men because Poundstone had just announced the decision to disband the entire Iraqi army. Al-Rawi tells Miller that he told Poundstone there had been no WMD program since the First Persian Gulf War; Poundstone was being used by his superiors in Washington so that Iraq would be invaded. American forces commence an attack on Al-Rawi's positions and the general flees. Meanwhile, Miller kills his captor and races to capture Al-Rawi. When he finally manages to catch up with him, Freddy suddenly appears and kills Al-Rawi, saying to Miller, "It is not for you to decide what happens here." Later, in his hotel suite, Miller writes a report of everything that happened.

Miller confronts Poundstone in a meeting and gives him the report. Poundstone tells Miller that WMDs do not matter. Then Miller violently grabs Poundstone, saying "the reason we go to war always matters"; but they are pulled apart. Poundstone then rejoins the Iraqi meeting, only to see the Iraqi factional leaders yelling at each other and leaving the meeting. Afterwards, Dayne receives an emailed copy of Miller's report. Miller sent it to all major news agencies around the world. The camera then pans out to show Miller and his squad driving off on the Iraqi highway, which is now used by Coalition vehicles, with the Iraqi oil fields in the background.

Phyllis and Mari go to the city for the concert. On the way, they hear a news report on the car radio of a recent prison escape, involving violent criminals by the names of Krug Stillo , a rapist and serial killer, his son Junior, Sadie, a psychopath and sadist, and Fred "Weasel" Podowski a child molester, peeping tom, and murderer. After the concert, Mari and Phyllis stroll the streets, seeking someone who might sell marijuana. They find Junior, who leads them back to an apartment, where they are immediately trapped by the criminals. Phyllis tries to escape, then tries to reason with the criminals to let her go and is punched in the stomach and raped. Meanwhile, Mari's unsuspecting parents prepare a surprise party for her.

The next morning, the girls are locked in a car trunk and taken to the countryside as the gang intends to leave the state. The villains' vehicle malfunctions right in front of Mari's house while police are in her home talking to Mari's parents about her disappearance. Removed from the trunk, Phyllis is beaten as Mari realizes that they are near her own home while she is dragged to the woods. In the woods, the girls are untied, and Phyllis forced to urinate on herself by the gang. Mari and Phyllis are forced to have sex with each other and then Sadie performs oral sex on a weeping Mari. Phyllis runs away to distract the kidnappers and offer Mari an opportunity to escape. She is chased by Sadie and Weasel, while Junior stays behind to guard Mari, who tries to convince Junior that her father can help him, and she gives him her peace symbol necklace as a symbol of her trust. Phyllis manages to hit Sadie in the face with a rock and runs. She is then cornered, and Weasel stabs her in the back. She crawls away and manages to lean against a tree. Phyllis is then stabbed numerous times until Sadie can reach into her wounds and pull out her insides. Krug and Weasel amputate her hand and half of her forearm.

Mari eventually convinces Junior to let her go, but they are immediately halted by Krug. Sadie and Weasel present Phyllis' severed hand and half forearm and Krug proceeds to carve his name into Mari's chest. Mari screams at the top of her lungs and is forever marked with "Krug" on her chest. Then Krug pulls off his and Mari's pants and rapes her. Soon after this act, Mari, sick from the shock of being raped, vomits and then walks into a nearby lake to clean herself from being raped. Krug shoots Mari and she floats on the top of the lake. Krug, Sadie, and Weasel wash and change out of their bloody clothes.

In their new attire, the gang go to the Collingwoods' home, masquerading as traveling salesmen. Mari's parents agree to let them stay overnight. Junior exposes their identity when Mari's mother, Estelle, sees Mari's peace symbol necklace dangling around his neck. Later that night she listens in to the gang while they are spending the night in Mari's bedroom and finds blood-soaked clothing in their luggage. She and Dr. Collingwood rush out into the woods, where they find Mari on the bank of the lake. They carry Mari's body back to the house then exact revenge against the crooks.

Outside, Estelle dupes Weasel into a sex game, then performs a fellatio on him. Without warning, she bites off his penis and leaves him to bleed to death. Inside the house, Dr. Collingwood carries his shotgun into his daughter's bedroom, where two of the criminals are sleeping. Krug escapes into the living room and overpowers the doctor, but the criminal is then confronted by his own son, who now brandishes a firearm. Junior threatens to kill his father. Krug psychologically manipulates the already troubled young man, and Junior commits suicide with the weapon. Then Krug finds out the doctor has disappeared.

Sadie rushes outside where she is tackled by Estelle. The two of them wrestle and fight on the ground. Sadie punches Estelle and runs away but then trips and falls into the pool. Estelle grabs a knife and pulls Sadie up and cuts her throat open. Sadie dies of the wound. The doctor kills Krug with the chainsaw and the couple meet each other again in the living room as the police come.

I have watch both the 1972 & 2009 version, both of them are superb :) There's some minor difference on both film but its ok, acceptable. The only thing i don't understand is the 1972 version has such a funny music effect, why the music seems so lightly and fun when it is a horror movie? Lol

This is based on a real story which happen to a family, which i must send my condolences to their lost of their daughter on this tragic incident. Hope they have forgotten all this sad thing which ever happen to the two poor girls.

The New Daughter

Released Year: 2009
Directed by Luis Berdejo

Casted by:
Kevin Costner as John James
Ivana Baquero as Louisa James
Gattlin Griffith as Sam James
Samantha Mathis as Cassandra Parker
Story:
John James, a recently divorced novelist, moves into an old house in the country with his teenage daughter, Louisa, and young son, Sam. John and Louisa's relationship is strained and she accuses him of never loving her mother, and ruining everything. While exploring the surrounding fields and forest they come across a large burial mound. Louisa is instantly attracted to it, whereas Sam is reluctant to go near it. On their first night in the house Louisa hears strange noises outside her bedroom window.

She does not see the humanoid creature lurking close-by on the roof. The next day Sam finds a loaded shotgun hidden inside the piano in the living room, Sam begins to point it at Louisa and his father, later John buries it in the garden. In town, John learns that his house is locally famous for the disappearance of a woman who lived there. Later, he finds Louisa's pet cat torn apart near the house. Louisa returns to the mound after school and, while relaxing in the sunshine, hears strange noises and cuts away as we hear what sounds like something pouncing towards Louisa.

That night John finds a trail of muddy footprints leading from the open front door to the bathroom. Louisa is inside with the door locked, sitting in the tub, washing mud from her body and hair. The muddy water draining away turns red with blood (Later we find out in the film, this may be caused by the "mating ritual" by the creatures). Later that night, John finds Louisa sleepwalking in her room. When he takes her back to bed he finds a strange doll made from straw which Louisa knows nothing about, inside of which is a dark ball containing a live spider.

The next morning Louisa comes down for breakfast wearing a short dress and make-up. When John asks her about the doll she claims not to have seen it before. When Louisa and Sam are at school Louisa is bullied by a preppy girl, and, once she gets home she rips the head off her doll, John finds a pile of muddy clothes in her room and, at the burial mound, the head of Louisa's toy doll along with the bloody remains of a blackbird and a nest of spiders in the drawer where Lousia's straw doll was kept.

Louisa is confronted and bullied by a preppy girl and Louisa starts eyeing the stairs directly behind the girl. He's called in to pick Louisa up from school when she complains of stomach pain and on the way in he sees the preppy girl who's arm is in a brace, which Cassandra says that the girl said "She fell down the stairs". When Sam's teacher, Cassandra, gives John her phone number, Louisa becomes territorial. That night, John sees Louisa emerging from the woods after having forbidden her to return to the mound. She has a rash and what looks like bite marks on the skin around her neck, and at dinner she eats in a animal manner and as though starved.

John finds an article about burial mounds on the internet and telephones an expert on the subject, Professor White, but is ignored. He then reads about the previous owner of the house, Sarah Wayne: she disappeared one day without a trace, after having locked her teenage daughter in her bedroom from the outside. The daughter was eventually found alive and went to live with her grandfather, Roger Wayne. John leaves the children with a babysitter and goes to see Roger Wayne and discovers that he burned down his house with his granddaughter inside. Roger tells John that she wasn't his granddaughter anymore. In the girl's room, John finds a strange nest made from twigs and straw and a depiction of the burial mound scrawled on her wall.

While John is away, the babysitter is locked out of the house and killed by the creatures While Sam hides in his room as a mound-walker tries to get into his room. John arrives home discovers Louisa and asks what happened to the babysitter but she says she does not know. After the police have left; Louisa vomits on the hallway floor. John takes her to bed and she tearfully asks him if he's going to leave her like her mother did. He tells her he never will. John dreams of a doorway on top of the burial mound and Louisa transforming into a creature. The next day he finds the same kind of nest in Louisa's room. He decides to take action, digs up the shotgun and hires a contractor to destroy the burial mound.

Before the demolition takes place, Professor White arrives and pleads with John to wait. He tells him of an ancient civilization who worshiped the burial mounds, believing them to be the homes of ancient Gods, or "mound-walkers". He mentions a ritual involving the exchange of gifts, including small straw dolls, and the mound-walkers search for a young girl to mate with who could give birth to a new generation of deities and help them reclaim the earth. Horrified by this, John instructs the bulldozer to start its work. When it cuts into the mound, the body of the babysitter is discovered. John is taken to the police station for questioning while Cassandra the teacher looks after the kids.

That night, when a Officer Ed Lowry drives John home, they are attacked and the officer is dragged out of the car screaming. John returns home to discover the house in disarray and finds Cassandra with her throat slit open. Before she dies she reaches for Louisa. Mound-walkers attack the house and John shoots and kills them. After the attack, Louisa is missing, and her screams can be heard coming from the mound. John takes Sam up to his room and tells him to wait for the police, before kissing him goodbye. He goes to the mound to rescue Louisa and finds a tunnel leading into it. He sets a can of gasoline and the explosives from the postponed demolition by the entrance and crawls inside. He finds himself in a deep network of tunnels.

He finds Louisa in a pit, unconscious and covered in mud. When he carries her out the creatures start to howl and give chase. In the meantime, Sam comes out of the house, clutching a family portrait, and looks towards the mound. John and Louisa escape the mound and block the entrance with a canister of gasoline, but there is another mound-walker waiting for them. Louisa collapses and begs her daddy not to leave her. John looks down at her and sees her beginning to transform into one of the creatures. John drops a flare into the gasoline and the mound goes up in a huge explosion.

After a while, in reflection on the family portrait that Sam is holding, we see a figure emerging slowly from the flames. Sam asks "Daddy?", although the figures identity is unclear. In the background several mound-walkers crawl down the walls of the house and the tree in the yard. Directly behind Sam a creature emerges from the side of the screen. Before it growls a sound is heard that may either be a gun loading or the creature moving.

This is the normal horror movie which you have already know how the storyline gonna goes. It started with the daughter gone weird, the father search from internet and found out what happened. YAWN~

I was in the thought of scoring it to a 5, but watching the ending, it really doesn't really go well at all~ the creature never appear in an attack mode before, and all it does was crawl slow... i mean, come on... either you don't show the creature, or else, show how powerful it is to kill.

Well, using ants as the creature is quite a new idea, maybe this should be a credit for this film~

Well, i watch this because of Brandon Routh & "Dylan", but its just a bit ok... Luckily i really didn't put high expectation on it... or else i will be sleeping the whole way in the cinema. Although the graphic and other thingy is quite ok, but seriously, the storyline is kinda weak and the fighting scenes between the creatures are not much... therefore, i wont really recommend you guys to go for the cinema for this....

Directed by Joe Carnahan

Casted by:

Bradley Cooper as Templeton "Face" Peck
Quinton "Rampage" Jackson as Bosco Albert "B.A." Baracus
Sharlto Copley as Captain H.M. "Howling Mad" Murdock
Jessica Biel as Charissa Sosa
Patrick Wilson as Agent Vance Burress a.k.a. Agent Lynch
Story:
John "Hannibal" Smith is held captive in Mexico by two corrupt Mexican police officers working for the renegade General Javier Tuco. Hannibal escapes and sets out to rescue Templeton "Faceman" Peck, who is held captive at Tuco's ranch. Hannibal saves Face after enlisting fellow Ranger Bosco Albert "B.A." Baracus, driving to the rescue in B.A.'s modified GMC Vandura van. Pursued by Tuco, they stop at a nearby Army hospital to recruit the services of eccentric pilot H.M. "Howling Mad" Murdock. They flee in a medical helicopter, chased by Tuco in a dogfight which leaves B.A. with a fear of flying. The battle ends when they lure Tuco's helicopter into American airspace, where it's destroyed by a U.S. F-22 Raptor, as Hannibal planned.

"Eight years and eighty successful missions later," the team is a highly-regarded elite Special Forces unit stationed in Iraq. Hannibal is contacted by CIA SAD agent Lynch, who reveals that Iraqi insurgents possess U.S. Treasury plates that could be used to manufacture U.S. currency. Lynch wants Hannibal and his team to steal the plates and over $1 billion in cash that is due to be moved out of Baghdad in a Heavily-protected convoy. DCIS Captain Charissa Sosa arrives and warns Face, her former lover (who she left after he became serious about their relationship), to stay away from the plates. Against the advice of his commanding officer, General Russell Morrison, Hannibal agrees to steal the plates in an unofficial black ops mission. The mission is successful, but when the team returns to base, the money, plates, and Morrison's vehicle are destroyed by Brock Pike and his men from the private security firm Black Forest. Without Morrison, the only proof that they were authorized to act, the team is sentenced to ten years in prison and dishonorably discharged.

Six months later, Hannibal is visited in prison by Lynch. Lynch reveals that Pike may be trying to sell the plates with the help of an Arab backer. Hannibal, who has been tracking Pike on his own, makes a deal with Lynch: full reinstatement and clean records for his team in return for the plates. Lynch agrees and Hannibal escapes, then breaks out the rest of the team. B.A. Baracus has turned to religion during his time in prison and refuses to kill anyone. Sosa is hot on their trail, and angry after being demoted to Lieutenant after the team ignored her warning. Believing the team is working with Pike, she tries to intercept them before they leave Germany in a military C-130 transport aircraft. The plane is destroyed by drone fighters, but the team escapes inside the body of a tank on 3 parachutes.

They track Pike and launch an offensive to reclaim the plates and kidnap Pike's backer. The team learns that the backer is actually General Morrison, who worked with Lynch and Pike to steal the plates, but then teamed up with Pike to double-cross Lynch and fake his death. When Lynch learns that the team has Morrison, he orders an air strike to eliminate them. The team barely escapes but Morrison is killed.

Face hatches a plan. Hannibal arranges to meet Sosa, knowing her phone lines are tapped by Lynch, on board a container ship at a Los Angeles dock, saying he will hand over Morrison and the plates in exchange for his freedom. Ultimately, Face's plan works and Pike is killed (by B.A., who has returned to his original violent ways, realizing it's who he is), Lynch is taken into custody, and the plates are recovered. Despite their success, the A-Team is arrested for escaping incarceration. Sosa is promoted back to Captain for retrieving the plates and apprehending the A-Team, but promises to do all she can to set them free before kissing Face as he is led into a prison van. In the van, Face reaches into his mouth and smiles triumphantly as he holds a key, given to him by Sosa through the mouth. The film closes with narration (provided by Corey Burton) reminiscent of the original television series' opening credits, stating that the team now live as soldiers of fortune.

In a post-credits scene, Face walks to the tanning bed in prison, asking the man emerging from the tanning bed how to protect his face. The man tells him, "You don't mess with it, kid." In the next scene, Murdock receives electro-shock therapy, while two doctors look on. One of them comments on Murdock's mindstate, saying "This guy, Murdock, is nuts." In the extended cut on DVD and Blu-ray these scenes are put back into the film, and removed from the credits.

Well, i really been hoping that this is a good movie since it has hit a good ranking in its TV series. But yawn, its a bit disappointment and the whole movie is kinda noisy and messy for me. Usually when there's Bradley Cooper, my eyes will glue on to the tv set, but no, not this even though there's a lot of shirtless scenes of Cooper in this. YAWN !!!

This is a quite good Malaysia horror ghost movie i should say. A KRU production, the sound effect is damn good. The storyline is clean and nice, very localized. The only thing i m not happy is the 2 actresses' acting. Well, they might be new in this industry, i m not sure. But hopefully their acting will get better in future.
